Trump took it to the extreme here and I'm going to correct him a little bit
0:39
So Trump is talking about in this speech how the federal government's only giving $750
0:45
to survivors of Hurricane Hulene. It's not entirely true. Yes, that's the stipend for
0:52
emergency use. But of course the government's providing a lot more aid through FEMA, housing
0:59
food assistance that's not calculated into that $750. But perception is reality
1:11
And people heard her say $750. And people also know that we're spending tons of money on foreign governments and
1:21
in foreign nations to help people over there while there are American suffering
1:27
that to me is the scandal. In fact just today Kamala Harris boasted on the X platform that we giving hundreds of millions of dollars to Lebanon Lebanon the home of Hezbollah a terrorist organization that targets Israel and its allies like the United States At a time when Americans are
1:54
suffering and they need financial assistance, you're boasting about giving hundreds of millions
2:00
of dollars to Lebanon for only one reason. You're terrified that you're not getting the Arab
2:05
American vote. You're terrified of it and you shouldn't get it. for a number of reasons
2:11
But I want you to watch this. I want you to listen to what former President Trump said
2:16
and then let me know what you think in the comments. ...of dollars to foreign countries that most people have never heard of
2:22
They're offering them $750.00. They've been destroyed. These people have been destroyed
2:28
The one young lady washed... You saw that with her son? I mean, pretty..
2:33
I wish I never saw it, but just washed away. Your son was washed away with the grandparents
2:39
And so sad. And they're offering, they're giving them $750. And think of it
2:45
We give foreign countries hundreds of billions of dollars, and we're handing North Carolina $750
2:53
If you want a president who won't even try to save you when the flood waters are rising
3:00
vote for Kamala. She's not the right person. Look, you know what? If they were, if they did a good job, I wouldn't have run
3:06
To be honest with you, I didn't need to do this. I didn't need to. If I thought they were doing an even modestly good job
3:13
I wouldn't have run, but I saw right from the beginning, grossly incompetent, and I was right about that
3:18
and I decided to run, and we're doing really well
