Trump Scores Massive Victory Against Federal Prosecutors - Their Case Got Rocked

the indictment against Trump actually happen, than Trump already scored a massive, massive

victory that could sink the prosecution's case. Before we get started, folks, please remember to like, comment, share, and subscribe

does help us out and help us spread the conservative message, so we appreciate so much when you

do that. Now, what happened was, and it couldn't be better news for Trump, the judge that has

been selected to oversee the case, the federal case, the one that's being brought by the

Justice Department of one President Joe Biden, that case, the judge selected is Judge Eileen Cannon

Now, Judge Eileen Cannon is the most hated pro-Trump conservative justice in the nation

by the left that is not sitting on the Supreme Court. So you take out the justices on the Supreme Court, remove them from the conversation

she's the most hated federal judge from the left. She consistently rules in Trump's favor, and she has been overruled at times by the 11th

Circuit for actually going too far in Trump's favor. But that's where the story gets even better

Now I want you to put your thinking caps on. Can you think of the most pro-Trump justice on the Supreme Court

Think about it. Is it Amy Coney Barrett? Is it Brett Kavanaugh

Is it Neil Gorsuch? Well, those are three that were appointed by Trump

But in my opinion, the most pro-Trump justice is actually Justice Clarence Thomas

Now, Judge Eileen Cannon is overseen by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals

But the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, well that's overseen by Justice Clarence Thomas

He's the one that's assigned to the 11th Circuit. I mean, Trump couldn't have picked a better case scenario for him with a better circuit

or a better judge in his favor. This is absolutely devastating for the prosecution

Absolutely devastating. This increases the chances that this case just gets flung out of court

This is incredible news for the president. So incredible that he spent today golfing because he doesn't seem to care, he doesn't

seem to mind, he doesn't seem to be concerned. And why should he be

Why should he be? What did he do that other presidents didn't do

No, I think what has happened in the past 24 hours is the federal government, the Department

of Justice has told on itself. It has told on itself that it is a political organization designed to do what dictators

do apparently now, take out the political enemies of the sitting president

Now we all know what's happening here and we all know why it's happening

And the Democrats of course will make the case about classified documents

I mean you've seen Democrat after Democrat with classified documents and nothing happens

to them. In fact, I remember in 2016, who was it, do you guys remember

Who was it in 2016 who had classified documents on a private server and yet the FBI declined

to prosecute? And I mean a lot, tons of classified documents on a private server

But they decided not to prosecute. You guys remember who that was

See if you can figure it out. But the point is, it's very obvious what's happening here

And so this, gosh I kind of think of this as a good kick in the pants to the Department

of Justice and to those who want to persecute Trump. He's got everything going his way right now

Everything going his way. Now they think that indicting him two, three, four, five times is going to destroy him

But what happens if and when he defeats the cases, one, two, three, four, five, then he's

Superman isn't he? And it really exposes what criminals, what criminals lurk in the deep state of this government
