Yesterday Tony Bubulinski was testifying before Congress and what he was testifying about
0:29
was shady business deals between the Biden family that he was privy to that they brought
0:34
him in on because of his vast business experience. Now Bubulinski was part of these deals and he was trying to make things happen and he
0:42
absolutely wanted Joe Biden involved. Now Joe Biden is saying he had nothing to do with it but his story has changed a lot
0:49
over time. First he didn't know about it, then he knew about it but he didn't have anything to do
0:55
with it and then, well, I wasn't in the business with them
0:59
So the story has evolved to kind of give him plausible deniability I guess over time
1:08
So AOC asks a question of Tony Bubulinski. She says, do you know if Joe Biden committed crimes
1:16
Bubulinski starts to answer. She talks over him. She asks him again, what specific crimes do you know of
1:24
Bubulinski starts answering the question. She starts talking over him again because she didn't really want the answer
1:30
It was a gotcha question and when he had an answer, she freaked out and she looked like
1:36
a teenage girl having an argument in the high school hallway with one of her classmates
1:44
That's what it looked like. Bobbing her head around back and forth, raising her voice, starting to talk like she talks
1:52
when she gets angry and it was really, it's comedy gold. And there's, I mean, there's so many memes about this today but there's one thing she
2:00
said in the video that really caught everybody, really caught everybody because Donald Trump
2:08
in Georgia is facing RICO charges. So when she looks Bubulinski in the face and says RICO is not a crime
2:18
Now she's right. RICO is not a crime. It's a statute. But I mean, come on
2:23
What he was trying to get to is here's the things they did that compiled the RICO case basically
2:28
She never let him get to that point. She reclaimed her time. I want you to watch this and then give me your opinion
2:34
Please remember to like, comment, share and subscribe. I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America

We love you guys. God bless you. Take care, everybody. Is it your testimony today that you personally witnessed President Joe Biden commit a crime
2:56
I believe the fact that he was sitting with me while I was putting together a business deal
3:01
Did you witness the president commit a crime? Is it your testimony today? Yes
3:05
And what crime do you, have you witnessed? How much time do I have to go through it
3:10
It is simple. You name the crime. Did you watch him steal something
3:15
Corruption statutes, RICO and conspiracy. What is it? What is the crime, sir? Specifically
3:23
You keep, you asked me to answer the question. I answered the question. RICO, you're obviously not familiar with
3:29
Corruption statutes. Excuse me, sir. Excuse me, sir. Excuse me, sir. RICO is not a crime
3:35
It is a category. What is the crime? It's a category of crimes that you're then charged with
3:41
You have charges. You have charges. Sir, please name. Give me the exact statute on RICO. Yes
3:48
Well, it's funny. In this committee room, everyone's not here. There's over 18 lawyers that went to law school
3:52
All right, sir. I reclaim my time. I reclaim my time.
