0:29
helps us out you know that the view I
0:33
always say it's interesting three of the
0:34
most miserable people on TV are named
0:37
whoopy sunny and joy
0:40
um two three very happy names for three
0:43
very miserable people it's no secret
0:45
their ratings have been suffering it's
0:47
no secret that ABC has talked about
0:49
cutting dead weight on the network for
0:51
quite a while and I can't think of more
0:55
of an anchor on the Network's ratings
0:58
than that crap catastrophe of a show
1:01
well now it seems that there may be a
1:03
conservative version of The View coming
1:06
with five conservative women to air at
1:09
the same exact time of day as the view
1:12
and see if they can knock them off their
1:14
little tiny pedestal and take them off
1:17
the air and a very famous Hollywood
1:19
celebrity is actually behind the project
1:22
now I'm not going to say anything I want
1:23
you guys to watch it and let me know
1:25
what you think in the comments s and
1:27
he's here tonight to make a major media
1:30
announcement let's bring in the author
1:31
of you can do it speak your mind America
1:35
actor and comedian Rob Snider Rob thank
1:39
great to have you on the show thank you
1:40
so much TR quickly the book best name in
1:42
news Trace best name in news what about
1:45
the book the book oh it's it's a it's
1:46
you can do it I just happen to have it
1:47
right here look at that it's a book
1:49
about Free Speech you know you wouldn't
1:51
think you you'd need to have a book
1:52
about free speech in America and then
1:53
you'd realize you did yeah it's
1:55
fantastic okay the big announcement
1:57
what's happening well um no apologies
1:59
media at my new company we're going to
2:01
do a uh all ladies talk show that won't
2:04
be like the view is it the opposite of
2:07
the view it could be but uh we're just
2:09
going to do a show that it'll be the
2:11
opposite because this will be
2:12
entertaining okay it'll be funny they'll
2:14
have funny women on it they're going to
2:15
tell jokes and have funny stories and
2:18
and health and wellness is the idea to
2:20
go after the view at the same time slot
2:22
are you going it's it's a competitor
2:24
we're gonna compete with them yeah I
2:25
don't know if the same the same time
2:27
slot We're Not Gonna announce who's
2:28
doing the show yet but that's what's
2:30
happening now and it's official so now
2:32
we're moving ahead give us a timeline
2:34
January we're gonna start shooting shows
2:37
before the inauguration are you talking
2:39
to people you talking to famous people
2:40
women that you like yes we have we have
2:42
a lot of women we like and it's all it's
2:43
household names and you're going to love
2:44
it it's going to be fun it's going to be
2:46
a funny show not going to be like
2:48
drowning people in politics it's not
2:49
going to be shaming people and and and
2:52
making people wince okay you said the
2:54
view we got to play a little s sound
2:56
bite of the view because you can comment
2:58
here's whoopy The View and people
3:00
freaking out about Trump
3:02
watch you tell people to stay fraught
3:06
and like this that is I'm telling people
3:08
to prepare whoopy I'm telling people
3:11
they're not prepared they are prepared
3:13
I'm saying that means that they can't be
3:15
relaxing and enjoying Christmas it
3:17
doesn't mean that when winter is coming
3:18
no it does you know what I'm sorry I
3:20
mean winter is Babe winter is here
3:23
Winter's been with us they cannot help
3:25
but Jin up fear about Trump who in
3:27
America doesn't want to watch that
3:30
right it's just funny it's as
3:32
interesting as a hunter Biden painting
3:34
made of his own
3:36
feces it's fascinating to me because I
3:38
see this every day and we pull Clips
3:40
every night because you're like this is
3:41
as entertaining as it gets but you can't
3:44
I mean really in 30 second Snippets
3:46
that's about really all you can all you
3:47
can put they're just sniping and trying
3:49
to make people feel terrible and people
3:50
are sick of it people don't want to have
3:51
the politics we're going to have an
3:53
entertaining show with people for all
3:55
for entertaining people all over America
3:57
we're not trying to just bring people
3:59
who are angry and bitter and reinforcing
4:01
their political Echo chamber I mean
4:03
that's what that's what you and I do
4:04
here right you're not going you're not
4:05
going to steal our people are you Rob
4:06
you're not going to steal some our best
4:08
people and put them on your show never
4:09
why would we no but we have an
4:11
opportunity in America to move away from
4:12
the politics we have an opportunity to
4:14
get America healthy again that's why I'm
4:15
so excited about Robert Kennedy and you
4:17
know being the health and it's a
4:19
generational opportunity well you heard
4:21
Tom Cotton earlier say he thinks
4:22
everyone's getting through oh that's
4:23
fantastic because honestly we and
4:25
something that we really need to do is
4:26
prevent this uh childhood crime chronic
4:30
disease you have literally 33% of young
4:32
kids that have chronic illness we have
4:35
you know we have four we have one out of
4:37
six adults with at least one chronic
4:40
disease and we have um you know an even
4:43
higher percentage that have that have
4:44
two so we have we have really to work on
4:47
this and I really think we can and and
4:49
and we're going to go back to
4:50
evidence-based science he's going to get
4:52
the Robert's going to get the best uh
4:55
people and and he his mission is simply
4:57
to you know this the capture of gencies
5:00
and the revolving door of Industry we're
5:02
going to stop that and we're going to
5:03
focus on getting people healthy and
5:05
getting healthy food and getting them um
5:07
you know uh so that we can end this
5:09
chronic disease we got just a few
5:11
seconds Rob but you were talking we
5:13
talked about how you started your career
5:14
in Saturday Night Live Saturday Night
5:16
Live making fun of the killing of the
5:18
healthcare CEO on Saturday night it
5:20
seems like it's normalized now you can
5:23
just do that well it's it seems that
5:25
like it's a real degrading of uh of
5:28
society when you could mock somebody's
5:30
death somebody's coldblooded murder and
5:33
I I feel that was uh abhorent and and
5:35
something that uh seemed it just seemed
5:37
too low but it's a real sign of society
5:40
that that that you can that and that
5:43
people will laugh at that it it's that
5:44
seemed sad and uh and I think that's one
5:47
of the reasons why we want to do our
5:50
entertaining show our ladies talk show I
5:52
don't know what we're going to call it
5:53
the lip service or the other view we're
5:55
not sure yet but we want to do is show
5:57
that entertains all people and that and
5:58
it really doesn't that doesn't want to
6:00
make fun of a national tragedy like what
6:02
happened come back and see us again Rob
6:03
Sneider thank you for having me great to
6:05
see you you can do it I'll be
6:11
