0:32
out Anthony fouchy was pardoned by
0:36
President Joe Biden we all know this by
0:37
now Liz Cheney Adam Schiff Adam
0:41
kinzinger they all joined in on the
0:43
paron parade along with of course Hunter
0:45
Biden Jim Biden Naomi Biden and the
0:47
whole Biden crime family all joined in
0:50
on the pardon parade of Joe Biden
0:53
there's just one problem with that
0:56
see there was a a good effect to to
1:00
fouchy and these people not being
1:01
pardoned for Joe
1:03
Biden and that was they could plead the
1:06
fifth and by not testifying against
1:08
themselves would also not testify
1:10
against those in positions like say Joe
1:12
Biden's in now they can't plead the
1:15
fifth anymore which means they have to
1:18
if they're called and they will be
1:19
called to testify if they're called to
1:21
testify they have to answer every
1:23
question now what's more important to
1:25
fouchy than criminal charges probably
1:27
his legacy you know he sees him self as
1:30
a revered figure in history this guy
1:32
loves himself he loves him some
1:34
him and because of that you know again
1:38
this revered figure that he's supposed
1:40
to be well now he's all messed up right
1:43
because he could get called in there and
1:46
you could show links between this man
1:49
possibly and some things that have
1:51
happened that he was maybe either
1:53
financially behind financially benefited
1:55
from whatever it could destroy his
1:58
reputation could destroy his Legacy and
2:01
now he has no protection from it that's
2:03
my opinion that's these guys opinion so
2:05
I want you to watch this this is
2:08
important watch this and let me know
2:10
what you think in the comments the thing
2:12
is about these pardons they're a mistake
2:16
if you want to know what's happening
2:18
they just made it a lot easier for us to
2:20
find out oh because now uh once the
2:24
pardon's uh delivered the person can't
2:27
plead the fifth if they're brought
2:28
before a grand jury they can't take the
2:30
fifth anymore if they're brought before
2:32
a congressional committee uh they they
2:35
can't invoke their right against
2:36
self-incrimination so they have to say
2:38
something um and this is what's so
2:40
interesting because I've been talking to
2:42
criminal defense attorneys people who
2:44
are former Senate investigators some
2:46
current Senate investigators and they
2:49
all kind of said the same thing it's so
2:51
illogical to give somebody a pardon if
2:55
you're trying to cover up uh things that
2:59
the only reason you would really do it
3:00
is if there's very serious crimes
3:02
involved right so that's a red flag for
3:05
us when we see somebody getting getting
3:06
a pardon we think well why would they do
3:10
that unless there's something really bad
3:12
there right so uh either it's a mistake
3:15
where they just stupidly made it easier
3:18
for everybody to investigate or there's
3:20
something we don't know about that is
3:21
interesting well it's such a profound
3:23
thing to do I mean I
