0:35
you
0:36
know I'm actually not a fan of what
0:39
president Trump just did and that's
0:41
going to surprise a lot of you but I'll
0:42
give my
0:43
reasons um president Trump has removed
0:46
the security protection the Secret
0:48
Service protection from Hunter Biden and
0:51
Ashley Biden that's February it's been
0:55
about a month since Joe Biden left
0:57
office and the children of former
1:01
presidents they get secret service
1:02
protection for 6 months and then it's
1:04
cut
1:05
off well president Trump cut it off
1:09
early I don't see a reason for this um
1:13
it just seems to me that this is kind of
1:15
vindictive it seems to me that this
1:18
is you know and I understand his
1:20
reasoning for doing it but it just seems
1:22
to me that that the precedent being said
1:24
here is bad because when Trump's out of
1:25
the White House let's say a Democrat
1:27
wins in 2028 God forbid but let's did
1:30
they do Donald Trump Jr Ivanka Trump
1:34
Eric Trump Baron Trump could all be in
1:36
immediate danger and they would pull the
1:38
security from them in a
1:39
heartbeat because Trump has given them
1:42
the green light to do it and to me
1:44
what's five more months of secret
1:46
service for these people what's five
1:48
more months of
1:49
it and if something happens to one of
1:52
these people with them not having Secret
1:54
Service protection on
1:56
them what does that do to Trump and the
1:59
Republican politically what does it do
2:01
to Trump's Legacy it just seems to me
2:04
too big of a gamble to take on something
2:07
that is really at the end of the day
2:09
financially for the country
2:12
inconsequential the numbers may seem
2:14
like a lot but in the grand scheme of
2:16
what this country spends it's
2:18
nothing and so I just don't see the
2:20
benefit the risk verse reward here that
2:22
I look at I don't see it
2:25
also I don't want to see him make it
2:27
hurt that's not something I want to see
2:30
I don't want to see anybody endanger
2:31
anybody politically conservative or
2:34
liberal I never want to see anybody get
2:36
hurt and so I think there was nothing
2:39
really to gain here by doing this I
2:42
think there's a lot to possibly lose
2:43
here by doing it and I pray that nothing
2:45
happens to anybody and this just goes
2:46
away but I personally don't see the
2:49
point in it uh and I know a lot of you
2:52
are going to disagree with me and that's
2:55
fine this is America I believe in free
2:57
speech so watch this video please and
3:00
let me know what you think in the
3:01
comments own
3:03
determination president Trump is also
3:05
revoking secure Secret Service
3:07
protection for former President Biden's
3:09
son Hunter and his daughter Ashley he
3:12
made the announcement in a truth social
3:13
post yesterday writing in part this
3:15
please be advised that effective
3:17
immediately Hunter Biden will receive
3:19
will no longer receive Secret Service
3:21
protection Trump added that Ashley Biden
3:23
will also be taken off the list the move
3:26
came just hours after Trump was asked by
3:27
a reporter whether he planned to remove
3:29
Hunter Biden's security detail but it's
3:31
worth noting here that children of
3:33
former presidents often receive up to 6
3:35
months of Secret Service protection
3:37
after an Administration ends we're
3:39
clearly still within that six-month
3:41
timeline here and taking it up to New
3:44
York where New York city mayor Eric
3:45
Adams is insisting he'll run for
3:47
re-election this year the only question
3:49
is what party affiliation he'll run
3:52
under the mayor has fueled rumors that
3:54
he'll run for a second term leading the
3:56
city as an independent earlier this week
3:58
Adams
