hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine
0:01
Sabia for explain America and Pete Heth
0:04
is one step closer to being our next
0:09
secretary of defense before we get
0:11
started please make sure you like

0:32
out Pete Heth got I think what is the
0:35
most important yes vote on record saying
0:39
they will vote Yes for him today this is
0:41
the vote that I think takes him over the
0:43
top and gets him confirmed because
0:45
everybody had eyes on one Joanie Ernst
0:49
well Joanie Ernst today announced that
0:51
she will in fact vote Yes on Pete hegf
0:55
after a tremendous online pressure
0:57
campaign by conservatives good job by
1:00
you guys to really push
1:04
this and Joanie I think she was in line
1:07
to maybe take his job as defense
1:09
secretary if he didn't get confirmed
1:11
which was a heck of a conflict of
1:13
interest she's a combat veteran she is
1:16
an abuse Survivor we'll leave it at that
1:18
because I can't say certain words
1:20
here and she's a woman so her
1:25
vote was massive and with her vote I
1:29
think he gets all the Republicans now I
1:31
think he has a clean sweep of
1:32
Republicans and sails into confirmation
1:35
which means the Liberals are probably
1:36
going to turn their attention to I don't
1:38
know cash Patel or RFK or Tulsi gabber
1:41
their next smear campaign but I believe
1:43
all of his picks will get confirmed I
1:46
believe every cabinet pick of Trumps
1:48
will be confirmed that's a prediction
1:50
write it down if I get it wrong then you
1:53
can laugh at me but there was another
1:56
Senator today who also said they were
1:57
giving their full throated support to Mr
1:59
heg
2:00
and and the the title wave of support
2:03
for him now is coming from all Corners
2:05
the momentum absolutely on his side I
2:08
think he's Unstoppable now I want you to
2:10
watch this video and let me know what
2:11
you think in the
2:13
comments and as all of this goes on
2:15
there's still a lot of action on Capitol
2:17
Hill today as members of the incoming
2:19
Trump uh transition team and cabinet
2:22
make the rounds of Capitol Hill hoping
2:24
that they're going to get support from
2:25
Senators for those all important
2:26
confirmation hearings Republican senator
2:29
Roger Marshall Kansas is meeting with
2:30
some of the president-elect's cabinet
2:32
picks on Capitol Hill today he joins us
2:34
now so you just finished a meeting with
2:36
Pete Heth uh former Fox News host who is
2:40
nominated for the position of Secretary
2:42
of Defense how will you vote should it
2:45
come to a vote look Pete has my
2:47
full-throated support um I I think that
2:50
what I love about Pete first of all is
2:51
his heart that he has a heart for
2:53
warfighters he's more focused on those
2:56
enlisted soldiers than he is on this
2:57
industrial military complex of
3:00
Washington DC John someone from every
3:02
generation of my family has served in
3:04
the military since the Civil War and
3:06
that's important to me that he has the
3:08
backs of those War Fighters and then I
3:10
love his Charisma I love his ability to
3:12
communicate he'll be a transform
3:14
transformational figure that'll support
3:17
president Trump's goals of making
3:19
America great again making America safe
3:21
again he'll he's going to do an
3:22
incredible job so what about the
3:24
concerns of things that happened in the
3:26
past regarding him yeah look um I think
3:29
that Pete is a good man he has a man of
3:31
integrity now he has absolutely has my
3:34
support I think that these Anonymous
3:36
character assassinations by by uh the
3:38
media are way over reported some of them
3:41
weren't Anonymous well I I the ones that
3:43
I've seen are Anonymous with any type of
3:45
specifics be behind them as well but I'm
3:47
here to talk about what a good Secretary
3:49
of Defense he's going to be that the
3:50
people elected president Trump for
3:52
transformational changes Pete is going
3:54
to get rid of the Dei business going on
3:57
in the military he's going to reward
3:58
people for their merits so that our our
4:00
Warf Fighters out there aren't afraid
4:02
who's standing beside them when the
4:03
bullets are pouring down
