0:04

0:31
out RFK Jr is one of the more
0:34
controversial picks by President Donald
0:37
Trump now he's being he was nominated to
0:39
be the head of Health and Human Services
0:42
he's a big massive agency and a lot of
0:46
people are deeply concerned about his
0:48
qualifications in fact just today his
0:51
cousin Caroline Kennedy penned a
0:53
scathing letter against him it it would
0:55
it was tant himount really to a
0:57
character Hit Parade trying to destroy
1:00
the man's character trying to destroy
1:01
him in the in the Public Square and you
1:04
know that he's going to have some tough
1:06
time maybe getting some Republicans on
1:08
board The Usual Suspects will probably
1:10
be against it your Collins's your
1:13
marowsky but you know can he make up for
1:16
that with Democrats well that's been the
1:18
thing see his hearings are this week and
1:21
even people like John fedman are saying
1:23
look I'm going to give the guy a fair
1:25
hearing and if I like what he has to say
1:27
I'm going to vote for him well there's
1:29
somebody else
1:30
a friend from RFK Jr's childhood and all
1:34
eyes are on him and how he's going to
1:36
vote because his vote depending on how
1:39
many Republicans sway one way could be
1:42
the deciding factor and this is a
1:44
lifelong friendship these two men have
1:47
and this man I'm not a big fan of him
1:49
the guy has his family runs a beach club
1:52
in his home state that until recently
1:55
last I heard I don't know if it's
1:57
changed was all white members so and of
2:01
course he doesn't get the media press
2:02
about that that a republican would in
2:04
the same
2:05
situation but his name is sheld
2:07
appropriately his name is Sheldon White
2:09
House and here he is given a clue that
2:11
he might just vote for RFK Jr let's take
2:14
a look and let me know what you think in
2:16
the comments uh we haven't been in touch
2:18
for a long time um he uh hasn't had his
2:23
hearing yet uh I have not been inclined
2:26
to Telegraph my votes before somebody's
2:29
even had their hearing so I'm just I
2:32
think people need to kind of Chill on
2:33
that for a bit let him have his hearing
2:35
and then we'll go forward uh I can
2:37
assure everyone that I will vote in the
2:39
way that is best for Rhode Island have
2:42
you met with him no have you met with
2:44
any of the nominees from the Trump
2:46
cabinet uh Bondi and
2:50
Patel Senator what kind of questions do
2:52
you have about the RFK junr nomination
2:55
what what do you want to know from him
2:56
well I think there's a lot of anti
2:58
antiva non sense that uh needs to be
3:03
corrected um and then there are some
3:05
very specific things that Rhode Island
3:07
needs that I want to make sure I don't
3:09
get overlooked uh in the Trump
3:11
Administration so those are basically
3:14
the key pieces is it true you were
3:17
roommates in law school no his brother
3:19
lived with me Michael
