Lura Trump appeared on Fox News today
0:38
and the subject of her father-in-law
0:41
president-elect Donald Trump taking
0:43
Vengeance on his political enemies came
0:46
up and what she said was very telling
0:49
now you have to understand that
0:53
President Biden right now according to
0:56
reports is considering pardoning in
0:58
advance people like Dr Anthony fouchy
1:01
and representative Liz Cheney and
1:03
representative former Representatives I
1:05
should say Adam kinzinger and and others
1:08
who were involved in you know the the
1:11
what was it called the January 6th crap
1:14
mtee uh committee committee sorry it's
1:16
the committee January 6
1:18
subcommittee and uh yeah so I'm
1:22
wondering when you pardon somebody you
1:25
pardon them because you don't want them
1:25
to go to jail for a
1:27
[Music]
1:28
crime and and you're saying they didn't
1:30
commit a crime but you want to Pardon
1:33
them what are you pardoning them for is
1:36
it just a blanket pardon like your son
1:38
good old Sunny
1:39
Boy a blanket pardon like they gave to
1:41
Nixon after they railroaded him yeah
1:43
Nixon was railroaded do your
1:46
research and I'm wondering you know why
1:50
why they need for a blanket pardon if if
1:52
that's the case what did they
1:54
do cuz you can we can investigate them
1:56
all day long if they didn't do anything
1:58
and not going to jail
2:01
but did they do something and do you
2:03
know it and is that why you want to
2:05
issue a pardon deep State
2:07
Joe listen Laura Trump said that her
2:11
father-in-law will not go after his
2:14
political enemies and she explains it in
2:16
this interview but I'm talking about
2:17
forget about political
2:20
enemies if these people broke the law
2:22
then it's not going after your political
2:23
enemies it's going after law Breakers
2:26
and I think Trump will do that I want
2:28
you to see if you can read between the
2:30
lines here about what she's saying and
2:31
let me know what you think in the
2:34
comments topic here uh political here's
2:36
the headline Su are fearing retribution
2:38
on behalf of your father-in-law when he
2:40
goes back to the White House Biden White
2:42
House discussing preemptive pardons for
2:44
those in Trump's crosshairs now uh
2:47
there's no evidence that anyone's
2:49
requested that pardon uh and there's
2:51
some debate as to whether or not it's
2:52
even legal but when people ask you about
2:55
the retribution aspect how do you
2:57
respond to
2:58
that well well Bill Donald Trump himself
3:01
said that success will be his revenge if
3:04
there's anyone who understands how
3:06
egregious it is to have the
3:09
politicization of our systems against
3:12
one individual it is Donald Trump and I
3:15
think one of the reasons that the people
3:16
of this country overwhelmingly came out
3:18
and supported him is because they want
3:20
to be able to trust these fundamental
3:23
institutions like our department of
3:24
justice again he does not plan on
3:27
retribution he plans on restoring Trust
3:30
and Faith of the American people into so
3:32
many of these foundational elements of
3:34
our country and so I would say look if
3:37
anyone has done anything wrong then
3:39
maybe they should be worried not because
3:41
of Donald Trump because maybe they've
3:42
broken the law but you know when it
3:45
comes to Donald Trump I think people are
3:46
actually going to be very surprised to
3:49
see how he operates because there has
3:51
been so much fearmongering there's been
3:53
so many scare tactics when it comes to
3:56
Donald Trump we remember how he was the
3:58
first term in office
4:00
he didn't start World War III he was
4:01
actually the first president in 82 years
4:03
not to start a new war not to get
4:05
America into a new war and much in the
4:08
same way I think people are going to see
4:10
very quickly that this is a man who
4:12
really just wants to go in there and and
4:14
take charge of this country as the
4:15
American people mandated you know secure
4:17
our border bring down inflation get us
4:19
out of wars and and do the right things
4:21
for America he has no intention on
4:23
retribution or Revenge la
