hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine
0:01
Sabia for explain America and Brett Bear
0:04

0:10
update on what's going on with Pete hegf
0:13
before we get started please make sure

and when you get there please hit
0:32
subscribe absolutely free it really
0:34
helps us out you guys know they're
0:36
putting Pete heg through the ringer it's
0:39
disgusting it's absolutely horrible what
0:41
they've done to this man try to destroy
0:43
him try to destroy his reputation
0:46
because he wants to help the country
0:48
because he wants to go from a super
0:49
high-paying job on Fox News to the
0:52
poultry salary of Secretary of Defense
0:55
compared to what he was making it is a
0:57
poultry salary why is he doing it why
1:01
would you go from the private sector to
1:02
the public sector unless you
1:04
cared cuz the public sector never is
1:06
going to pay what the private sector is
1:07
going to pay I'm telling you there's no
1:10
way right private sector values people
1:12
that bring money to
1:14
them this case you're bringing your
1:17
experience and your knowhow to a
1:19
position for the government for the
1:21
greater good of the people but Pete heg
1:24
loves the military he loves our country
1:27
he's a true warrior in every sense of
1:30
the word and so what they're putting him
1:32
through is disgusting well Brett Bear
1:35
was interviewing guests when he had to
1:36
break some news and the News he's
1:39
breaking is it looks very much like
1:41
things are on the right track and heg
1:42
set is going to be approved he's going
1:44
to be confirmed by the Senate and I
1:46
believe that's going to happen and I'll
1:47
tell you why I think it's great because
1:49
I believe every Trump pick is going to
1:51
get confirmed
1:53
ultimately we voted for Donald Trump we
1:56
didn't vote in every state in the
1:58
country for these Senators we did have
1:59
ever in every state in the country vote
2:01
for Donald Trump he didn't win every
2:02
state but people in every state voted
2:04
for him we didn't vote for the agenda of
2:07
these Senators we voted for the agenda
2:09
of Donald Trump and that's what we want
2:12
that's what we voted for and that's what
2:13
we want and these senators are being
2:15
told by the Republican voters that if
2:18
you stand in the way we will vote you
2:20
out in your primary Joanie erns got the
2:22
message loud and clear and she got on
2:25
board and anybody else who doesn't get
2:27
that message they will
2:30
I promise you that they will and that
2:32
stands for any of the
2:34
nominees you're going to confirm every
2:36
single one of them or we will primary
2:39
you it's that simple Democrats get on
2:41
board they didn't do this to Biden's
2:44
picks only Republicans do this to each
2:47
other it's
2:48
ridiculous I want you to watch what Mr
2:50
bear had to say here and then let me
2:51
know what you think in the comments if
2:53
you think about a senate nomination as a
2:56
war Pete is like winning the battles
2:58
like the skirmishes like every day just
3:00
chipping away at it
3:02
Brett yeah 100% good morning I think
3:05
that there is this growing optimism with
3:08
the president-elect and his team uh that
3:11
they are making progress and that Pete
3:13
heith is starting to see the light at
3:16
the end of the tunnel that maybe there
3:17
will be fewer than three Senators who
3:19
vote against him that's not to say
3:21
there's not going to be tough questions
3:22
and hearings that there could be
3:24
stumbles there could be other things
3:26
it's not complete optimism like sure
3:29
thing uh but there is a growing optimism
3:31
not only on Pete but cash Patel it seems
3:34
like he has support for FBI director
3:42
