0:30
the swamp gets Swamper see when you
0:32
start to drain the swamp when you start
0:34
to even threaten to drain the swamp the
0:36
swamp monsters they get angry and they
0:39
get very protective and very defensive
0:42
about their swamp
0:44
money they love that that that
0:46
NeverEnding stream that never- ending
0:48
funnel of money that goes round and
0:49
round and round well it never goes round
0:51
and round it doesn't go back to you does
0:53
it but it starts with your tax dollars
0:55
once it gets to DC it goes round and
0:57
round never round and round back to you
0:59
I'm sorry I didn't want to confuse you
1:00
there yeah no they take it from you and
1:03
then they use it amongst themselves see
1:06
so when that's in danger are being cut
1:09
off well gosh they get really scared
1:11
about that and now they're shouting
1:14
unconstitutional and illegal about the
1:17
department of government efficiency or
1:19
Doge but really the name Department of
1:22
government efficiency doesn't mean
1:23
anything it's not a real Department it's
1:26
an advisory panel that's all it is and
1:29
the president is is entitled to have an
1:31
advisory panel no matter what he calls
1:33
it what are you so afraid of what are
1:35
you afraid we're going to find are you
1:37
afraid we're going to find out what
1:38
happened to the two plus trillion dollar
1:42
you people have lost over the past few
1:44
decades yeah
1:46
trillion
1:47
trillions that you've how do you lose
1:50
trillions of dollars if I lost a 50 I'd
1:52
be going out of my mind how do you lose
1:55
trillions that's
1:57
insane what do you afraid we're going to
1:59
find out what you did with
2:02
it there should be people should be
2:05
angry there should be righteous
2:07
indignation about what you people have
2:09
done with our money it's not even your
2:12
money your money spend it how you want
2:14
you're spending other people's money and
2:16
losing it and you can't account for
2:20
it and now you want to talk about
2:23
unconstitutional illegal what did you
2:25
people do that was unconstitutional and
2:28
illegal that's what you're afraid of
2:30
finding out I want you to watch this
2:32
wacko interview and let me know what you
2:34
think in the comments to ask you about
2:37
something that is coming into your
2:38
wheelhouse Elon Musk and Vivic Remis
2:41
Swami apparently will be up on Capitol
2:42
Hill uh talking about their ideas for uh
2:45
this thing that they're calling Doge uh
2:48
the department of government efficiency
2:50
which is a bit of a misnomer because it
2:51
won't be a part of the federal
2:52
government apparently uh but Congress
2:55
controls the pur strings what are your
2:57
thoughts on Elon Musk and r Swami uh
3:01
deciding or trying to decide what stays
3:03
and what goes in the federal
3:05
government well it's illegal um you know
3:09
they uh haven't asked to meet with me uh
3:12
but the uh impoundment of funds that
3:15
have been appropriated by the Congress
3:17
is
3:18
unconstitutional and illegal uh there is
3:21
no such Department of government
3:23
efficiency it's made up so good luck to
3:25
them I mean if um if there's a plan they
3:29
that the president Trump wants to
3:31
propose to the Congress he should send
3:33
it to us but the Constitution does not
3:36
permit the president to Simply avoid
3:39
what the Congress has done that that
3:41
power of the purse is with the
3:44
legislative branch not the president
