Stormy Daniels had a rough day in court. She went on that stand and she talked like the adult film star she is

Disgusting, horrific, ridiculous. She thought she was being cute. She thought she was being funny, but it appeared the jury didn't think so

And now, legal experts are weighing in and they believe this whole case might be destroyed

because of the star witness. The star witness who, let's face it, this was an extortion scheme

She was trying to get money out of Trump and then she realized when he was president, gosh

I could make even more money if I violate this non-disclosure agreement and get this

story out there to people and start doing a talk show circuit and then my rates get

higher when I go on these performances and all these things. Her personal appearances, books, documentaries, but you know, she's been traumatized by this

And now, some of her old tweets are coming back to haunt her saying that she fantasizes

about him being in jail. What she said on the witness stand about she hates him, that's devastating

Why would a jury believe you if you're testifying against somebody you hate

That doesn't, it doesn't work that way. You're supposed to be there as a witness, not as somebody looking for revenge

And Michael Cohen, he's going to have the same issue when he takes the witness stand

either later this week or next week. So this, this case is falling apart for Alvin Bragg and I love it because he deserves it

may have done damage to the prosecution's case by virtue of the fact that she just couldn't

stop saying stuff. And so that's going to backfire on them. I think, I think we know now from some of the reporting more colleagues that, that the

the cross examination is going to go longer because they know that they not, they now

have room to go after her for some of the suggestions she made

The defense, right. That the, that the encounter was not consensual, which of course is not something that has

been really, you know, her position until more recently. So I think that that's where it poses a problem

I will not back down from this point at all. Even in the face of my friend, Evan Press, only because at the center of the case is

the allegation of a sexual encounter. Prosecutors have to establish a sexual encounter or else the case goes away

All of the other sides, it's critically important and I think it makes it harder to believe her

But if the prosecutors didn't call her as a way, it's over. Like literally you could file a motion to, the defense could file a motion to throw the

case out at that point. So that's all
