Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America with breaking news
0:04
out of the Hunter Biden trial, and it is a bombshell. Hunter Biden is in a lot of trouble, folks, and so is Joe Biden
0:12
This could be the end of his 2024 presidential campaign. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share, and subscribe

Those little things really help us out, and they help our channel continue to grow
0:23
Let's get right into this. Hunter Biden went into court today to plead guilty to federal tax charges, gun charges
0:30
drug possession charges. He was prepared to plead guilty and accept a plea deal
0:36
Judge Mary Ellen Noriega said, absolutely not. She said the plea deal was too encompassing
0:42
It prevented him from getting charged with future crimes after his people admitted there
0:46
was an ongoing investigation still happening into Hunter Biden. The judge said this plea deal was too far reaching and that it could not go down the
0:56
way it was going down. Hunter Biden then turned around, the man who was prepared to plead guilty to everything
1:02
and plead it not guilty, a sign that this is going to go to trial
1:07
And the only guy I could see smiling right now in the Democrat party is Gavin Newsom
1:12
because this might be the best news in the world for him. I do not see a possibility of an impeached Joe Biden, which he will probably be by the
1:21
2024 election, with his son in court talking about corruption that potentially involves
1:26
the president of the United States taking bribe money from overseas entities
1:31
I cannot see that working out for Joe Biden, the Democrats or anybody
1:37
This again is likely going to go to trial. The plea deal that so many people call the slap on the wrist is absolutely dead
1:46
Let's take a look at a live report. Coming out and talking to us, but a major headline here
1:51
What we thought that was starting some three hours ago was going to be a routine plea deal
1:57
Hunter Biden in the early part of of today's court hearing said he was prepared to plead
2:03
guilty to the two misdemeanor tax evasion charges. Not going to happen
2:09
Judge Mary Ellen Noriega not accepting the plea deal, questioning the constitutionality
2:16
of the diversion clause that kept him from being prosecuted for the felony gun charge
2:22
And she also noted to great extent, almost as if John, we were sitting in a law classroom
2:30
The fact that she did not like the way it was structured and she had never seen one
2:36
like this and was really questioning how it was that the prosecution and the defense came
2:42
to this agreement, challenging specific parts, portions, paragraphs of the agreement in the
2:49
language there in, and that will certainly lead some to comment, particularly perhaps
2:56
the house Republicans that have been saying from the beginning that this was a sweetheart deal
3:02
The judge saying that she was not okay with the diversion clause portion of this plea deal
3:08
That is why she is not accepting the plea today. And of course it comes after we have seen in the last 24 hours quite dramatic developments
3:18
namely the house ways and means chairman Jason Smith issuing that amicus brief yesterday
3:25
asking the court and the judge to take a look at the testimony we've seen in recent days
3:30
the two IRS whistleblowers and things of that nature. We really didn't even get to that, but now we know the outcome and that is there is no
3:40
agreement to the plea deal. The judge saying she cannot accept it. Wow
3:45
That's pretty amazing. I know that Sandra wants to jump in here as well
3:50
There you have it. This is the worst possible outcome for Joe Biden and the Biden family
3:56
The absolute worst. The best for Republicans who are absolutely celebrating this and the best for, I believe
4:02
the justice system that shows that a sweetheart deal like this, that you or I, almost no chance
4:07
we'd get it, he got and it was going to prevent him from future prosecution as well under
4:12
these same crimes or similar crimes. Absolutely not. This was a sweetheart deal
4:17
This was a your family is above the law deal and this is now a dead deal
4:21
I want your comments on this in the story and I also want you to like, comment, share
4:27
and subscribe because that really helps us out. I'm Carmine Sabia. This is Explain America

We love you guys. God bless you. Take care, everybody
