0:33
helps us
0:34
out I don't know if vice president
0:37
Harris had much of a choice here last
0:40
night she gave her most important speech
0:43
probably of her life okay at the ellipse
0:46
in Washington DC this is her closing
0:49
argument speech to get elected at the
0:52
same time this speech is going on
0:54
President Joe Biden is giving a get out
0:56
the vote message on video
1:00
on his laptop now here's what happens
1:04
Joe Biden says quote he's talking about
1:07
what that that comedian had said about
1:09
Puerto Rico at Trump's rally and and
1:12
Biden says well the only garbage I see
1:14
are his supporters end quote now today
1:19
the Biden White House is trying to say
1:21
well no no I I meant supporters of that
1:23
kind of rhetoric and you know his
1:25
supporters I was referring um to that
1:27
comedian by himself no no no you said
1:29
supporters plural well oh well there was
1:31
supposed to be an apostrophe there okay
1:33
so supporters like supporters rhetoric
1:35
or supporters words no word followed
1:39
supporters so you're
1:42
lying you're blatantly lying there's no
1:44
apostrophe you met us since 2016 you
1:48
guys have called us every name in the
1:50
book this is no different we're not
1:52
stunned by it and today vice president
1:55
Harris was asked about it and she
1:58
unequivocally said she doesn't support
2:00
calling anybody those kind of names
2:02
simply because they don't vote for you
2:04
directly shoving uh President Biden
2:06
under the bus and I don't blame her
2:08
could you imagine what her reaction was
2:10
when she heard that after her the speech
2:12
of her life last night she gets back to
2:15
her room and here's this can you imagine
2:18
what she was thinking I can't I want you
2:21
to watch this video and let me know what
2:23
you think in the comments Biden picked
2:25
his comment last night about
2:28
garbage uh listen I think that first of
2:31
all he clarified his comments but let me
2:35
be clear I strongly disagree with any
2:39
criticism of people based on who they
2:42
vote for it's you heard my speech last
2:45
night and continuously throughout my
2:47
career uh I believe that the work that I
2:51
do is about representing all the people
2:55
whether they support me or not and as
2:57
president of the United States I will be
2:59
a president for all all Americans
3:01
whether you vote for me or not that my
3:03
responsibility and that's the kind of
3:05
work that I've done my entire career and
3:06
I take it very serious has you spoken to
3:08
about the comments and and his uh he did
3:12
call me last night but this didn't come
3:13
up are you concerned about what impact
3:16
this may have on voters on the
3:18
divisiveness of the election and whether
3:19
or not it's going to uh dissuade some
3:22
people from supporting you because of
3:23
your affiliation with president in this
3:25
Administration I've been very clear with
3:27
the American public I respect
3:30
respect the challenges that people face
3:33
I respect the fact that we all have so
3:37
much more in common than what separates
3:39
us and that most people want a president
3:41
that understands that that gets that and
3:44
approaches their role of leadership that
3:46
way I've been very clear from my
3:48
earliest years as a prosecutor I never
3:52
asked anyone are they a Democrat or
3:54
Republican the only thing I ask folks is
3:56
are you okay and that's the kind of
3:58
President I will be and what you talk
4:00
about with the Pres M vice president on
4:02
a separate subject last night you
4:03
mentioned removing people in the country
4:05
who are here illegally what do you mean
4:08
is that that's an immigration statement
4:10
obviously were you referring to people
4:12
who have come here before illegally or
4:14
can you expand on what you meant by that
4:15
comment uh what I intend to do on the
4:18
issue of immigration as I said last
4:19
night and have said continuously is we
4:21
need to fix our broken immigration
4:23
system in a number of ways we need to
4:25
strengthen the border and put more
4:27
resources at the border which is why I
4:29
support the bipartisan bill
