Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America, and it looks like
0:04
we may have proof that the Democrats and even the Biden White House have been coordinating
0:09
to get Trump using district attorneys and the legal system to go ahead and do their
0:15
dirty work. Before we get started, please remember to like, comment, share, and subscribe

Those little things really help us out, and they help our channel continue to grow
0:25
Molly Hemingway, a very renowned, famed journalist, she appeared on Fox News and she said there's
0:32
absolute proof that the Democrats have been involved in this and have been involved in
0:37
bringing these cases against Trump. And her proof is kind of hard to dispute
0:41
See, there is a man named Michael Colangelo. He worked for Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, in the Department of Justice
0:50
In fact, he was the number three man in the Department of Justice
0:55
For some reason, he left that cushy, high-ranking, very prestigious job to go be a city attorney
1:04
in New York, working under District Attorney Alvin Bragg in Manhattan. And then a case that Alvin Bragg decided to pass on, suddenly, after this man started
1:16
working for him, Alvin Bragg decides to prosecute? Gosh, that is really coincidental
1:23
Now, of course, you can't prove this, right? You can't, unless somebody comes forward and says, hey, this is what I did
1:31
It's almost impossible to actually stone-cold prove it. But like Molly Hemingway says, this is proof for a lot of people
1:39
It's proof enough for me. Is it proof enough for you? Is it proof enough for the jury
1:44
Is it proof enough for the court of public opinion? That is all to be determined because the mainstream media is not even really reporting it outside
1:51
of Fox News and Newsmax. So I want you to listen to what she has to say here, and then let me know what you think
1:58
about it. Is this proof that the Democrats have been involved in what is essentially, if true
2:04
a scam? Let me know what you think. As always, please remember to like, comment, share, and subscribe
2:11
I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America. We love you guys. God bless you
2:16
Take care, everybody. Yeah, okay, we get this. He is on message
2:21
That is someone who is on message. He laid out, actually, things I have in my notes, SDNY didn't bring the case
2:27
The federal election commissioner doubted the case. Cyrus Vance didn't bring the case
2:32
Well, what happened between we can't bring this case, the facts don't match the law
2:37
and today, last February, when Alvin Bragg brings the case, an intervening fact happened
2:43
President Donald Trump decided to run for president. It is my belief that that played into this
2:49
How is this case dead as a doornail, unprecedented according to the New York Times, unprecedented
2:53
according to trustee, a lawyer, but we bring the case after Trump decides to run for president
2:59
I leave that with you. You said something earlier this hour, and I know you've been looking for connective
3:04
tissue with the current president. To further those political points, who was leading the opening statement today against
3:10
the president? Matthew Colangelo, who used to be the number three under Merrick Garland at the Department
3:16
of Justice. He left that cushy job at the Department of Justice to go be a line prosecutor in a city
3:22
office that shows how coordinated this is. It's not just him. In fact, there was a law firm here in New York City that's known as a Democrat law firm
3:30
that that handed over a few of its attorneys to help bring charges against Donald Trump
3:35
This is part of a widespread and coordinated effort, and I think everyone kind of knows it
3:41
But it is really interesting to me to see this man out there today. And you look at how so many Republicans can't even handle a minute of negative coverage
3:48
from the media. And this guy has people attempting to bankrupt him, imprison him
3:53
You have actual House members trying to remove Secret Service protection from him
3:58
And he knows that if he were to just be no threat to the regime, it would all go away
4:03
And every day he gets out there and he keeps making his case. And that does a lot to explain why he is so beloved by so many Americans. Joey
4:11
Yeah, I want to go back to what you said about he's on message. And if you accept the premise that most of us on this couch accept
