0:31
they tell you there's never voter fraud
0:33
you know if you believe there's voter
0:35
fraud you're a conspiracy theorist
0:36
you're a crazy person what are you
0:37
talking about and yet a member of a
0:40
prominent Democrat group they claim to
0:44
be independent but they they're they're
0:46
a democratic group was caught
0:48
registering dead
0:50
people to
0:53
vote registering dead people to vote and
0:56
the plan the way she did it was actually
0:58
complex it had to be done through the
1:01
Pennsylvania voter registration website
1:03
now it's not an easy thing to do so I
1:05
don't want you to think that this means
1:06
there's rampant voter fraud and Trump
1:08
you know won Pennsylvania in spite of
1:11
this I believe the actual number of dead
1:13
people she registered to vote was four
1:16
but think about what a violation that is
1:18
first of all you've disenfranchised four
1:21
Pennsylvania voters right four living
1:24
Pennsylvania voters who let's say voted
1:26
for Trump and let's say you're going to
1:27
use their these dead people's votes to
1:29
vote for Biden well then you've
1:30
disenfranchised four people you've
1:32
you've erased their votes but you've
1:34
also taken the votes of people you don't
1:36
know how they would have voted and and
1:38
and you've sullied their memory and
1:39
voted for them people that have passed
1:42
on and that is such a
1:44
violation well the police have arrested
1:47
this person this woman and they gave an
1:50
update here about what happened and I
1:52
want you to listen to it and let me know
1:54
what you think in the comments and it
1:56
works is she would use the app to uh go
2:00
online uh and send in the information to
2:02
the state uh to get somebody registered
2:05
to vote uh the state then requires
2:07
certain pieces of information one of
2:10
which is your driver's license or your
2:12
last four digits or social security
2:14
number um if they have those
2:16
successfully uh they can upload that
2:18
information from the state databases
2:21
send it down to the county the county
2:23
it's called a verified registration the
2:25
county gyms people then go and through
2:28
and put your Vote or your Warden
2:30
Precinct and all that information and
2:32
actually issue you a card a voter
2:34
registration card some of them the state
2:36
can't verify and they send them down to
2:39
our election office uh or whatever
2:41
County it is uh and those people then
2:44
get contacted through what's called a
2:45
Hava letter that's the uh helping
2:48
America vote act federal law was passed
2:50
in 2002 after the 2000 election Fiasco
2:55
um that letter basically goes out to
2:57
that person saying we can't verify this
2:59
information can you give us more um
3:02
Jim's people and Jim is one of the
3:04
people and I think Crystal uh who
3:06
noticed that some of these that were
3:08
coming in from Miss Hills app uh were
3:11
the same variations of the same name
3:13
again this person who died in her house
3:15
in 2011 she tried multiple times to
3:18
register that individual Mr Reed um
3:21
using either different spellings or
3:23
different addresses or different email
3:25
accounts uh they noticed these clusters
3:29
of these fake votes um and c not fake
3:32
votes excuse me fake registrations uh
3:35
and they immediately contacted Tanner
3:37
and Doug and we began an investigation
3:39
that has led to the charges today uh
3:41
Miss Hill is being charged with again
3:44
four counts of registering people
3:46
including her dead father uh and a
3:48
person who died in the house she
3:50
currently lives in in 2011 that she was
3:53
the one notified authorities that he was
3:55
dead in that house so she knowingly
3:57
registered dead people uh or Ed to
4:00
register dead people through the the
4:02
state system she did register a
4:04
fraudulent person uh and you know my
4:08
understanding is this is sort of a a gap
4:10
in the system where by putting in no uh
4:13
date of birth uh and no uh social
4:16
security number is that right D um it
4:18
goes through and it became a verified
4:20
voter registration
