Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America, and the Fox and
0:04
Friends panel exploded one day after former President Donald Trump was brought to court
0:10
in Washington, D.C. and indicted or arraigned again by Jack Smith. Before we get started, please remember to like, comment, share, and subscribe
0:19
Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow
0:24
There are divisions in this country between Democrats and Republicans, Independents, everybody
0:29
Did Trump know he lost the election? Did he really believe he won the election? Did he believe he was robbed
0:34
These conversations are still ongoing. And now they're even ongoing between Republicans and fellow Republicans
0:41
Even between various groups of people who still support Trump. Some Trump supporters think he knew, some Trump supporters think he didn't know
0:49
You know, so it's getting crazy and we actually saw it happen today on Fox and Friends when
0:55
Kilmeade and Doocy were at each other's throats. Let's take a look at it
0:59
Ty Cobb, who actually was employed by Donald Trump during the Mueller investigation, he
1:04
was one of Trump's lawyers, said that he tweeted this or he put this on Facebook
1:10
He said there will be evidence from several witnesses in this case that Donald Trump knew
1:16
he lost. He said, I lost. And then Ty Cobb goes on to say it's going to be a D.C. jury
1:24
And this is the last line of Ty Cobb. He said, Donald Trump, he's toast
1:29
Well, you see, that's where he's been. But I will say this. Who cares what Ty Cobb says
1:34
Anybody who's been around. Yeah, but he was his lawyer, but wasn't around him for the last year and a half of the Mueller investigation
1:40
I'm just reporting the facts. No, but think about this. Everybody around Trump in casual conversation, in serious conversation on tour and beyond
1:49
will not go five seconds without him saying he won the election
1:54
He was down Sean Hannity's throat for not defending him. Brian, what I said was I said Ty Cobb says they have several people who were told by Trump
2:03
I know I lost. That's fine. He says, you know, we lost. So you're going to wait a second
2:07
So they believe that there's going to be traction in a courtroom because Ty Cobb and a few other
2:13
people said he lost when almost everybody else said he won. Why is that even part of this legal case
2:19
Because he sincerely believed that he lost the election. I didn't even think that was going to be even brought up
2:26
A lot of people just said to him, drop it. I know how you feel. Change the subject
2:30
So this is going to be an ongoing battle, not just in court, but in the public sphere
2:34
between Trump supporters, even as I said before, you know, did he know
2:39
Did he not know? What did he know? And when did he know it? That was what they said with Nixon
2:43
It's like that's what they're saying again now. And it's it's it's kind of interesting to see it kind of all come full circle again. Right
2:51
I don't know, you know, what's going to happen in court and you don't know what's going to happen in court
2:55
But I think you're getting into tricky territory when you're trying to decide what somebody
2:59
was thinking. I think that's a very tough thing to do. And when that becomes part of a court case, it's even tougher
3:09
So it's not just a matter of us debating each other, right? It's a matter of a court case where you're going to have to determine what a man thought
3:17
I don't know how you do that. What do you think? In the comments, let me know
3:21
Do you side with Ducey? Do you side with Kilby? What do you think Trump knew? When do you think he knew it
3:25
What do you think he believed? So much to talk about. Please let me know in the comments
3:29
Also remember to like, comment, share and subscribe because that really helps us out
3:33
