The judge overseeing the case Fannie Willis has brought against former president Donald Trump
0:41
and 18 co-defendants has now dismissed two of the charges and gave his reasons for it
0:48
But I think it's safe to say I believe this case never happens
0:52
Never happens. I think Fannie Willis took a case that she had a shot with. She had a shot with
0:59
this case and has just bumbled it and stumbled it and fumbled it and just from the beginning
1:05
destroyed it. Ruined it. She'll you know she still won re-election. She'll win re-election
1:11
as many times as she wants to be the district attorney in Fulton County. Nobody's going to beat
1:15
her because these are not really high information voters. They know that she's a democrat. That's
1:20
all they need to know. They know she hates Trump. Bonus. That's it and that she brought the case to
1:26
Trump. Now next election are they going to remember how she ruined the case against Trump? I don't know
1:35
but these are not um you know this is such a democrat area that it's not and I'd be saying
1:42
the same thing if it was a solid republican area too. It's not like these people are just
1:46
going to vote for who's on the ticket for their party. It's not like a swing district. So as long
1:52
she stays a democrat and as long she stays hating Donald Trump she's going to keep winning in Fulton
1:56
County. That being said she has totally botched this case and I love it because it's a nonsense
2:03
case to begin with. I believe it could have been winnable in Fulton County. I do believe that
2:08
because it's Fulton County but she botched it so bad that I don't think it's savable
2:14
I want you to watch this report on it and then let me know what you think in the comments
2:20
Paul had Trump up by two recently. Meanwhile the lawfare against President Trump
2:26
that continues after all those years. You know one after another it's like dominoes falling. They all
2:31
fall apart. If Democrats and Biden's DOJ had their way Trump would be in jail right now but they're
2:38
not getting their way. You know thankfully we have checks and balances in our court system but
2:43
today two more criminal counts against Donald Trump. This in the Fulton County case in Georgia
2:49
were dismissed by a Fulton County judge. So far five of the original 13 charges by Fannie Willis
2:56
have been dismissed before trial as the entire case remains in jeopardy. In fact every case
3:02
against Trump is falling apart and as political points out well Democrats underestimate Trump at
3:09
their own peril. His opponent Kamala Harris is running the most dishonest least authentic campaign
3:15
in human history. During the debate she lied and lied repeatedly dozens of times about a national
3:23
sales tax that Trump has never supported and doesn't support. About he'll sign a nationwide
3:29
abortion ban that Donald Trump has never supported will never support. A ban on IVF what he has
3:38
actually been in favor of IVF and that nobody by the way wants and quote Donald Trump's project
3:44
2025 that Trump had absolutely nothing to do with hasn't read by the way for the record nor have I
3:51
She also lied and brought up you know brought out the hits. Let's bring up Charlottesville
3:55
She lied about Trump's role in January
