Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and President Joe Biden just had a very bizarre press conference in Vietnam
0:08
Before we get started though, please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe. That really helps us out and it helps our channel continue to grow

So the president is giving his press conference in Vietnam after he came back from or after he got there from India and
0:23
he basically starts the press conference by asking them what time of day it is. Is it
0:30
daytime or is it evening? Then he says something about the song, the popular song, Good Morning Vietnam
0:37
except it wasn't a song, it was a movie. Then he avoids a reporter's question, but I think the most startling thing that happened at the press conference
0:47
was when he looked at the reporters and he looked at his papers and
0:51
you know what, well, I'm gonna show you some of the clips and we'll talk about it. Let's take a look. It is evening, isn't it? Yes
1:04
This drama world of five days is interesting. Well, you know, there's that, one of my staff members said, remember the famous song, Good Morning Vietnam
1:08
Good evening Vietnam. And good morning back in America. My brother loves that. There's famous lines in movies and he always quotes
1:14
One of them is a movie about John Wayne, he's an Indian scout, and they're trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
1:18
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
1:22
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
1:26
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
1:30
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
1:34
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
1:38
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
1:42
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
1:46
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
1:50
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
1:54
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
1:58
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
2:02
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
2:06
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
2:10
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
2:14
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
2:18
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
2:22
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
2:26
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
2:30
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. He's trying to get him to look at the camera
2:34
He's trying to get him to look at the camera. Uh... Staff, has anybody spoken
2:48
I ain't calling on you. I'm calling on you. I said they had five questions
2:54
I need you to be away. So he looks at the papers
2:58
And first of all, by the way, he said he was told to only call on women today
3:02
He looks at the papers and says, I'm following orders. And who did they tell me to call on
3:08
And I'm just following orders here. You're the President of the United States
3:12
Who's giving you orders? Because whoever's giving you orders, that's the person running the nation
3:16
So we should know. Who's giving Joe Biden the orders? Because that's a scary prospect
3:22
Again, this is the President of the United States. The leader of the free world
3:26
The leader of the Western Hemisphere. The guy who has the weight of the world
3:30
really on his shoulders. And he's being told what to do by who
3:34
Who's doing it? That's what I want to know. And I want your guys' opinions on it
3:40
Who do you think is pulling the strings? Who do you think is calling the shots
3:44
for President Joe Biden? Really want to know your response on that
3:48
Also, again, please remember to like, share, and subscribe because that really helps us out
