BREAKING: Jack Smith Makes Radical Motion In Trump Case - Could Destroy Trump's Campaign

Jack Smith has just made a monstrous move in his case against Donald Trump

Just filed, breaking, and it really is chilling to free speech as far as I'm concerned

appreciate it. So Jack Smith late Friday night filed a motion with the judge, the Obama appointed judge

in Trump's Washington D.C. case seeking a protective order. And it came because Trump said on Truth Social, if you come after me, I'm coming after you

Now that could mean anything. And according to the Trump campaign, what it means is he's talking about super PACs

and his political opponents and coming after them in a political way

Well Jack Smith didn't see it that way. So he's seeking a protective order

And I kind of predicted this yesterday. As soon as I saw him make that post, I said, here we go

They're going to call this a threat. And sure enough, just hours later they did

Now the protective order they're seeking is not the protective order you're used to hearing about

They don't think Trump's going to jump them in a back alley in the streets. What they're looking for is a protective order that would limit what President Trump

can say about the case. And they said that him talking about the case and certain aspects of the case could be chilling

to witnesses and people involved in the trial, judges, attorneys. And he could basically get his people against them and intimidate them

So I don't know if that's true so much. I think this is an excuse to really prevent himself from defending himself in the public square

Because as much as this trial is being tried in court, it's being tried in the public square

And the government really and the media have had all the say so far

And Trump really has not done much other than complain. But he hasn't really hit them with anything hard

He hasn't given any evidence. He's given no indication that he will

Yet they seek this protective order from an Obama-appointed judge who is the toughest

punisher of January 6th defendants, who has actually gone above Department of Justice

recommendations to punish people harder for January 6th than any other judge has

So this judge may in fact give them the protective order. In fact, I'd be stunned if she doesn't give them the protective order

I think Trump has to be really careful what he says because they are going to seize on

every word, every phrase, and try to make it something that it isn't

And I think that's what you're seeing happen here. And to me personally, this is chilling not for the witnesses, not for the attorneys

not for the judge. This is chilling for the First Amendment. We are seeing something unprecedented here

We are seeing them try to take away a man. First of all, we're trying to see them prosecute him for free speech, in my opinion

And then we're also now trying to see them say, well, not only prosecuting him for free speech, we want to stop his free speech while we're prosecuting him for free speech

Has this ever been done to any defendant in the history of this country

In the history, in the long storied history of this country, has any defendant faced this

ever in any trial? I'd like to know. If you guys know of a case where something like this has even remotely happened, please

let me know. Because, of course, again, I'm not a legal scholar

I don't have case law in front of me. But I don't recall any case like this

I think it would be historic if one existed. So I think, again, what is happening to him here is criminal

I think Jack Smith is a goon. I think he is doing the dirty work of the deep state

And I think that they're doing exactly what they want to do. They want to put the screws to this man and stop him from being president

And I think that's what this entire thing is about. And I know most of you probably think that too
