Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and former
0:04

0:22
conservatism and traditional American values please go to that address in the
0:27
lower right hand corner it's youtube.com forward slash at explain America if you
0:33
go there hit subscribe absolutely free it really helps us out and during this
0:38
election season we all need to get conservative news to the people. Just
0:44
hours ago former first lady Melania Trump shared a video on her Facebook
0:49
page and on her next page and in the video she's promoting her new book and
0:57
it looks like it's gonna be a good memoir I'll be honest and I'm not a
1:01
big you know biography book reader but this one looks like it's gonna be really
1:05
a fantastic read. In the promotional video for her book something struck me
1:14
it really really bothered me and you know just thinking about what she's been
1:19
through she's had a tough couple of years with her husband being you know
1:24
prosecuted and persecuted her mom dying and the time she spent in the White
1:29
House and she talks about that in this video she talks about being
1:33
misunderstood being you know having things said about her that were not true
1:37
and it has to be a horrible thing and she lived through that and so I feel for
1:44
her there and you could see the heartbreak in her eyes in the video
1:47
even while she's talking about it even a paid promotional video that's scripted
1:51
you could see you know the pain in her eyes for this and it really struck me
1:57
and I thought you guys would want to see it and and give me your opinions on it
2:01
so please watch this very quick promotional video and then let me know
2:05
what you think in the comments. Writing this memoir has been a deeply personal
2:11
and reflective journey for me as a private person who has often been the
2:17
subject of public scrutiny and misrepresentation I feel a responsibility to clarify the facts I believe it is important to share my
2:29
perspective the truth
