0:04

0:07

0:31
out yesterday president Donald Trump was
0:34
talking to Governors at the White House
0:36
and he mentioned the fact that the state
0:38
of Maine is not abiding by his executive
0:41
order to keep boys and men out of female
0:46
sports and he singled out Governor Mills
0:48
of Maine who was there at the meeting
0:51
and she was very very snippy with him
0:53
and and said I'm going to follow the
0:55
state and federal laws and he said well
0:56
we are the federal law and this is the
0:58
federal law it's an executive order
1:01
and you know she said well you know she
1:02
didn't he said you better follow it or
1:04
we're going to cut off your title 9
1:05
funding and he said she says well we'll
1:08
see you in court he says all right well
1:09
we'll see you in court then and I think
1:11
we'll win easy and I agree with
1:13
him but they called her Bluff it didn't
1:16
take days weeks months hours later hours
1:20
later the Department of
1:23
Education started an investigation into
1:26
the state of Maine and what they're
1:28
doing to defy the executive order and
1:30
really in my opinion erase women's
1:32
sports you just saw a biological male
1:35
won the state championship in pole
1:37
volting smashing smashing records and my
1:40
question is this if the playing field is
1:43
even for biological males who now
1:46
identify as
1:47
girls as it is with biological girls if
1:50
there's no
1:51
Advantage then how come they keep
1:53
smashing records like it's not even
1:56
close the contests aren't close it's not
1:59
they just barely winning they're
2:01
destroying
2:02
records and in it they're destroying
2:06
Womanhood but if
2:09
you believe that there's no real
2:11
Advantage here give me another reason
2:14
please explain to me how so often
2:16
they're smashing records in every sport
2:18
they try but there's no Advantage
2:21
explain that to
2:22
me well I'm glad this investigation
2:25
started Maine and their governor Mills
2:27
is going to get their comeuppence and so
2:30
was California and so is all these other
2:32
woke states that don't want to get on
2:34
board with reality I want you to take a
2:36
look at this video and let me know what
2:37
you think in the comments yeah but it
2:40
just goes the other way I mean yes
2:42
people do care about a lot of other
2:43
things Hugh but uh when you when you're
2:47
spending money to defend this and it's a
2:49
federal law Title Nine and the
2:51
president's saying he's going to he's
2:53
going to go after it it seems in choice
2:55
he's right Brett the uh the story of the
2:58
main P vating competition featuring the
3:00
girls has a very memorable photo which
3:03
ricocheted around the internet yesterday
3:06
Governor Mills I spend quite a lot of
3:07
time in Maine so I'm very familiar with
3:10
people in Maine they're not going to be
3:12
on the governor's side here they're
3:13
going to split 8020 and they're going to
3:15
be upset if the department of
3:17
education's office of civil rights
3:18
concludes that Maine is in violation of
3:21
Title 9 which I believe they will and
3:22
they're going to lose a lot of money and
3:24
by the way everyone on that stand the
3:28
silver medalist the bronze medalist the
3:29
runner up we're not happy either because
3:32
the crown Champion the biological boy
3:35
now transgender girl uh won the boy
3:37
Championship or did very well last year
3:39
came in six or something like that and
3:41
he beat her by the next closest
3:43
competitor by six inches shattering
3:46
records so it's not an issue which
3:48
Democrats want to Define their party on
3:51
but that exchange today Donald Trump
3:53
seized High Ground he's going to stand
3:54
on it and it was a big win for the
3:56
president
