A hearing date has been set on contempt charges One of the possible punishments for contempt is 30 days behind bars

You think they won't do it in New York? They may I would think

The judge would probably err on the side of caution here and and all the judges have been

I think a little more careful because of who this person is president former president united states

I think they realized putting him in prison. You'd have to either shut down an entire prison or at least one

Entire wing of a prison just for him because he's got secret service protection. It would be a logistical nightmare

but the point is they could and what Alina Haba said is If they do that

They're almost assuring president trump of being back in the white house

in the 2024 election that I think is right. I think people would be furious

I think you'd even get some democrats that are furious with that I think for certain independents would be furious with that and then naturally, of course the republicans would be

I've been admonished like that. It's by design. It's to make you appear to be uh inept

It's to make you appear to be stupid in front of a jury and don't think that it's not intentional

You know all the trolls all the journalists they'll they'll put that out there I mean a lot of people would interpret that on both sides of people trying to you know

Impact the jury pool and get their message out there before these jury members are chosen

Which is obviously something that's a bit of a concern But my I want to go back to my question before I let you go

Do you think that this threat of 30 days in jail will change the social media

Actions of the former president in any way or will he keep doing this

I don't think so. I I think that he is respectful, but there has to be boundaries and we should appeal it

It's currently on appeal. So there's also a due process element to this

We have the items on appeal in this case that have not yet been heard. Is he concerned about the possibility of being sent to jail

As a ramification of these he's not concerned about being sent to jail

I I don't I I think like anybody he's concerned about going to jail

But if they put him in jail for his first amendment, right, he will be like nelson mandela

I mean that would be just absurd and frankly they'll win him the election I just have a second but you know, there's two reports both days of him falling asleep in in court any reaction to that

Is he tired? Has he just been running around a lot or any thoughts on that? I

If anything, he's probably brutally bored. I mean, it's it's it's painful

They make him sit there through jury selection. The first day was procedural But no, you know i've heard that report. It's unlikely. I know him. I sat through trial after trial with him. That never happens
