Hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and former
0:04
President Donald Trump's attorneys have made an interesting move that could mean
0:09
an indictment of the former president is coming and coming very soon. Before we
0:14
get started please make sure you like, comment, share, and subscribe. Those
0:18
little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow. So the attorneys for the former president went to Washington DC to meet
0:28
with a team of Jack Smith the attorney who's prosecuting the former president
0:32
on a classified documents case but appears to be getting ready to indict
0:36
him in regards to what happened at the Capitol on January 6th. Now we all know
0:42
what happened at the Capitol and you know people have different views on it
0:46
Some people say a small group of people riot. Some people say a large group of
0:51
people rioted. Some people say they were just peacefully protesting. You know we
0:55
saw videos I think that were horrible that day that nobody should do to the Capitol of this country. I think we can all agree there. The question that's
1:03
before the courts and is going to be before the courts is how many people
1:07
were involved and what was the role President Donald Trump played in it. Now
1:11
I'll tell you the role I remember. I remember President Donald Trump tweeting
1:16
and saying that he wanted everybody to respect law enforcement. He wanted
1:21
everybody to be peaceful and just have their voices heard. Now as far as I'm
1:25
concerned and I'm not an attorney I'm not a judge but as far as I'm concerned
1:30
that doesn't sound very much like inciting a riot. Then when he held the
1:35
rally that morning he again asked people to be peaceful. So again I find it tough
1:41
to believe that you can build a case saying he's responsible for any rioting
1:47
or any kind of that behavior. But here's what Jack Smith knows. Here's what the
1:53
Democrats know. Here's even probably what Donald Trump knows. Washington DC votes
2:00
about 95% Democrat. His jury is going to come from Washington DC barring a change
2:07
of venue. It's almost impossible to not imagine a scenario where former
2:13
President Donald Trump gets convicted of seditious conspiracy in a Washington DC courtroom. And if he's convicted of that prior to the election we will not
2:23
have a candidate for president for the Republican Party because he would be
2:27
legally barred from being the president of the United States. You cannot be
2:31
convicted of seditious conspiracy and then be president or mayor or governor
2:36
or anything. And I think that's what they're banking on. That's what Trump
2:41
they're banking on. See Trump says that he believes that this is all just
2:46
perpetrated to make sure he cannot be president. That the people in the deep
2:51
state don't want to give you the option. They don't want to let you vote on who
2:56
your president is if he's one of the choices. They don't want you to get to
2:59
choose between Trump and not Trump because who's really voting for Biden
3:03
right? It's Trump versus not Trump because who in their right mind? I think
3:08
anybody else they'd have to replace Biden. But because so many Democrats and
3:14
so many people hate Donald Trump that's the only thing that gives Biden a
3:18
chance in my opinion. So this is just another horrible situation for the
3:23
United States brought on by I believe a witch hunt. But I want to know what you
3:28
think. So I want you to tell me in the comments what do you think is going on here? What do you think the ultimate goal is? Do you think in a DC courtroom
3:35
Trump could beat this case? Because it doesn't matter if he's guilty or not. I want to explain to you it doesn't matter what the facts are as far as I'm
3:41
concerned. As far as I'm concerned it's the venue that will cause the guilty
3:46
verdict. That's what I think. I believe you could indict Trump and say he caused
3:52
the Hindenburg disaster in a Washington DC courtroom I believe you'll get a
3:56
guilty verdict. Has nothing to do with the evidence. That's my opinion I could
4:00
be wrong. But I want to know what you think so please let me know in the comments. Also please remember to like, share, and subscribe because that really
4:07
helps us out. I'm Carmine Sabia this is Explain America. We love you guys

God bless you. Take care everybody
