Judge Steps In - Delivers MASSIVE Decision in Georgia Election Case

the former New York City mayor, just got word from a judge in his defamation case, folks

Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow. So the judge in Rudy Giuliani's case has ruled that he's basically liable for defamation

against Ruby Freeman and another election worker. These are names you might have heard of during the 2020 election

A lot of rumors spread around them, a lot of defamatory comments made about them without

the evidence to back them up. Speculation, some people thought they had evidence, but really, no evidence that would

hold up in court. Here's the problem. Giuliani did not comply with the request for discovery in the case

What that means is the judge was furious. This is normally a three to five page decision that would come down for this, but this page

was over, well, this decision was over 50 something pages long and all about this defamation

case and the judge, you know, already Giuliani in fines, court fees, and attorney's fees

is going to have to pay upwards of six figures. That's not getting into the millions of dollars in damages that could happen here

Also, because of this decision, the judge said that the jury in the case could actually

look at this as Giuliani not complying and use that to their discretion when they go

to decide the case and say, well, he wasn't cooperative. Maybe that means he's guilty

So with that being said, that's a big, big deal for this, right? Because this could mean millions of dollars to the former New York City mayor

Giuliani's attorneys for their part say, well, that's not really what's going on here. And what this judge is doing is unfair

This is obviously a political witch hunt because why is there a 50 something page decision

in this case when this is normally take three to five pages? It doesn't make sense

So now they're saying that this is all politicized and this judge is just against Giuliani

That's going to be tough to prove in court. It's a great talking point

Very tough to prove. And the reason is because the judge didn't say anything specifically, you know, that

you can look to on social media or in a speech or another court case that was anti Rudy Giuliani. Right

So without that, what do you have to go on? I think personally, this is really bad news for Giuliani from a civil suit standpoint

This has nothing to do with the criminal case, but from a civil suit standpoint, this is

absolutely devastating because Giuliani is now going to have to go to court with this

against him for the punishment part of this trial. Forget about the actual case

He was already found liable. Now it's the punitive damages part of the case

Ruby Freeman is probably going to be a millionaire. So is her co-plaintiff in this case

They're probably going to be millionaires off of this. Now they argue that it ruined their lives

If it ruined their lives, they deserve millions of dollars. Right. OK

But did it really ruin your lives? I'm not here to judge that, but it does seem like a lot of Team Trump, people surrounding

President Trump, they're not getting the best of outcomes in courts. And that is suspect to me

So when I see that and I see this with Giuliani, it does make me wonder

50 something pages for this? Smacking him with six figures already before we even get to the punitive part of the case

Seems a little extreme to me. Seems like it's out of whack. I don't know

I mean, people have better legal minds than me. I am not somebody who went to law school, but I do want your opinions on this
