Jesse Watters 'Forced To' Take Legal Action Against Joy Behar ' We Take Every Threat Seriously'

He just dropped a massive, massive shocker on the ladies of The View, in particular Joy Behar

Jesse Waters the other day was talking about different products that are at target this Christmas season

One of them is a pride-themed nutcracker, a transgender nutcracker. Another was a black Santa Claus in a wheelchair

If you want to buy those items, they're available. Go ahead and get them. This is America

I think lost in that is that Christmas is about the birth of Christ

It is a Christian holiday, not a secular holiday. You're selling products that don't align with Christian values

Jesse Waters was quick to jump on that and he laughed about these items

He didn't say don't buy them. He didn't say you can't get them. He was talking about the fact that it's a Christian holiday and these are non-Christian themed items

There's a million non-Christian themed items that are for sale everywhere. We can start with Santa Claus

It really depends on your perspective of how bad something is. It's not for me to judge. It's not for Jesse Waters to judge

Apparently, the ladies of The View took a very different approach. Jesse took it as a threat and he's taking legal action. Let's take a look

Last week on Primetime, we told you about the gay nutcracker. It's on sale at Target for $8. If you want it, buy it. Go ahead

Target can sell whatever they want and I can talk about whatever I want

But The View didn't like what I was talking about. They threatened to crack my nuts

It's a complex idea to get your mind around, Mr. Waters. But does Fox News understand that not every human being is heterosexual and Caucasian

And this is the culprit right here. This is the offensive bone-breaker

He's much prettier. You put your nut in there, he can put his nut in there

And squeeze it. Jesse Waters, you have a dirty mind. Your thinking is about sex. It's just about pride

Well, Primetime takes every threat seriously. Expect us to file a report

And we may be forced to file a restraining order against her, too. And under New York's red flag law, we've asked the police to confiscate all of Joy's nutcrackers for my safety

This means if you miss the show, which you shouldn't... You know, words matter and it's about time Joy Behar and these women are going to be held accountable for their words

You can't just say whatever you want. You can't just make veiled threats

You can't just put people in your crosshairs because there are crazy people out there who will act on your words if you have that big of an audience

I think people with a huge audience, they don't think about that sometimes

And, you know, of course my audience is relatively microscopic compared to the view of Joy Behar, right

And I have to think about what I say. Because a lot of people watch and words matter

You would think massive celebrities, massive stars like Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg, who millions and millions of people watch, would at least think about that too
