out Dan Bonino you know him from Fox
0:34
News you know him from his own podcast
0:37
but you also know he's a former secret
0:39
service agent a former New York City
0:42
police officer the guy knows his stuff
0:45
he's great well what you might not know
0:48
is that he posted a photo recently on
0:50
his own X page used to be called Twitter
0:55
and it showed him meeting with President
0:57
Donald Trump now speculation ran wild
1:00
after the posting of that picture but it
1:02
gets even more see in Washington DC the
1:06
scuttlebutt has been for weeks that Dan
1:09
Bonino is going to be the man that
1:12
president-elect Donald Trump Taps to
1:14
head the Secret Service can't think of
1:18
anybody better myself it's perfect now
1:22
you might be thinking to yourself W the
1:24
left is going to be furious about this
1:26
well maybe but they Furious about
1:30
everything but a lot of president-elect
1:32
Donald Trump's
1:34
detractors they're saying hey you know
1:36
what Dan banino actually would be a
1:38
great pick for the Secret Service I was
1:41
surprised by it too right because they
1:43
have been screaming the sky is falling
1:45
since the day of the election I mean you
1:48
got to see it out there if you don't
1:49
follow on and I follow a lot of accounts
1:52
on Facebook and X I don't just follow
1:54
conservatives I like to watch the
1:56
Meltdown from the left and I like to see
1:58
what they're saying what's going on in
1:59
left's echosphere so I can tell you guys
2:02
what's going on well they're melting
2:05
down at pretty much every pick Trump has
2:08
they're melting down at people whose
2:09
names they didn't know until the day he
2:11
picks them but they're still having a
2:13
meltdown because all the Talking Heads
2:15
in their Echo chamber well they're
2:17
telling them to have a meltdown they're
2:19
telling them how horrible the picks are
2:21
but one guy actually stood up he's an
2:23
enemy now used to be friend now a
2:26
detractor of president-elect trump that
2:29
man's name is raldo Rivera and what he
2:31
said about Dan banino might surprise you
2:34
I want you to take a look at this video
2:35
and let me know what you think in the
2:38
comments and it is interesting to get
2:40
your perspective as someone who spent a
2:41
lot of time with him but I also want to
2:43
ask you about Dan banino because I'm
2:45
sure that you saw this he's been floated
2:46
as secret service director the
2:48
possibility of I mean there you go and I
2:51
I just want to be clear for our viewers
2:52
who aren't familiar you two sparred a
2:54
lot on Fox and man am I being
2:56
understated when I say that how would
2:58
you feel about him being secret service
3:02
director I I can't imagine anyone who uh
3:07
I I feel I feel more fiercely combative
3:10
with than uh than Dan banino if he were
3:13
to walk into a bar and I was having a
3:15
beer uh you know we we probably square
3:17
off uh we disagree on everything uh you
3:20
know we you know I think he has his own
3:23
set of
3:24
facts I think he's a you know
3:26
provocator uh but I I I go back I go
3:30
back to what I said about major Pete I
3:32
have no issue at all with his uh with
3:35
his honesty his credibility his
3:37
character his his patriotism his love of
3:40
the Secret Service I think all those
3:42
things are positive for Bonino and uh
3:45
you know I I I think that in some ways
3:47
all of these people uh in the cabinet
3:50
and and you could name others as well Dr
3:52
Oz are great on TV uh they uh they are
3:56
bigger than life they're great
3:58
communicators I see where the president
4:01
elect was going with this cabinet uh can
4:04
they do the job you know the day-to-day
4:06
the administrative stuff running these
4:09
businesses and they are giant businesses
4:11
even though they're government agencies
4:13
you know I I I guess we'll we'll see
4:15
some will some won't but I with banino
4:18
you know uh I I I would let me put it
4:21
this way if I was a Target and banino
4:24
was on the job I feel that banino would
4:27
keep me safe he would do the job Brianna
4:30
that is very
4:35
