hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine
0:02
Sabia for explain America and President
0:05
Joe Biden has issued a massive
0:07
announcement in the wake of the victory
0:11
of president-elect Donald Trump before
0:14
we get started please make sure you like

0:33
absolutely free it really helps us
0:36
out the president of the United States
0:39
for a few more months Joe
0:41
Biden he's taken the victory of Donald
0:44
Trump in stride and I think the reason
0:46
for that is he's going to go down in
0:47
history as the only man to ever actually
0:50
defeat Donald Trump right Trump had
0:54
three
0:55
elections won two of them there
0:58
controversy around one but he's won two
1:00
of them and you know Biden one the other
1:04
and that's a heck of a legacy for Biden
1:07
the only one to take out and take down
1:10
the man who's as popular as he is and I
1:13
think Co had a lot to do with 2020 there
1:16
was extenuating circumstances you had a
1:18
lot of mailing ballots you had people
1:20
that never voted before but they're
1:21
getting these ballots in the mail
1:23
they're like yeah why not you know
1:24
because there was more votes in 2020
1:26
than there was in 2024 and usually it
1:29
increases
1:30
so I think that 2020 was an outlier but
1:34
it doesn't matter look you have to take
1:35
your defeats Biden won but we won this
1:39
time and today he announced that he will
1:43
in fact engage in the peaceful transfer
1:46
of power that is a Hallmark of the
1:48
United States and of our democracy he
1:51
will engage in the peaceful transfer of
1:53
power with president-elect Donald Trump
1:55
and I think it was big of him to call
1:56
and congratulate Trump as well but I
1:59
want you to hear it from from the man's
2:00
own mouth so I'm going to roll that
2:03
beautiful Bean footage and I want you
2:05
guys to leave comments and let me know
2:07
what you think in the comments you vot
2:09
it for is see each other not as
2:12
adversaries but as fellow Americans
2:15
bring down the
2:17
temperature I also hope we can later
2:19
rest the question about the Integrity of
2:21
the American electoral system it is
2:24
honest it is fair and it is transparent
2:30
and it can be trusted win or
2:33
lose I also hope we can restore the
2:36
respect for all our election workers who
2:38
busted their necks and took risks at the
2:41
outset we should thank them thank them
2:45
for Staffing voting sites counting the
2:47
votes protecting the very Integrity of
2:50
the
2:50
election many of them are
2:53
volunteers who do it simply out of love
2:55
for their
2:57
country and as they did as they did
3:00
their Duty as Citizens I will do my duty
3:03
as president I'll fulfill my oath and I
3:07
will honor the constitution on January
3:10
20th we'll have a peaceful transfer of
3:13
power here in
3:15
America to all our incredible staff
3:18
supporters cabinet members all the
3:20
people who been hanging out with me for
3:21
the last 4 years God love you as my
3:23
mother would say thank you so much you
3:26
put so much into the past four years I
3:28
know it's a difficult time you're
3:31
hurting I hear you and I see you but
3:34
don't forget don't forget all that we
3:37
accomplished it's been a historic
3:40
presidency not because I'm president
3:42
because what we've done what you've done
3:45
a presidency for all
3:47
Americans much of the work we've done is
3:50
already being felt by the American
3:52
people the vast majority of it will not
3:53
be felt we felt over the next 10
3:56
years we have a we we have legislation
3:59
we fast that's just only now just really
4:02
kicking
4:03
in we're going to see over a trillion
4:05
dollars worth of infrastructure work
4:07
done changing people's lives in rural
4:10
communities and communities that are in
4:13
real difficulty because it takes time to
4:16
get it
4:17
done and so much more it's going to take
4:20
time but it's there the road ahead is
4:24
clear assuming we sustain it there's so
4:28
much so much we can can get done
