hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine
0:01
Sabia for explain America and
0:04
president-elect Donald Trump has
0:06
revealed something that well the video

0:11
telling I want you to watch it but

0:34
out president Donald Trump sat down for
0:37
an interview with NBC news now I
0:41
personally don't understand why you
0:43
would reward NBC News who really tried
0:47
to torpedo you in a
0:48
debate you know where you were debating
0:51
basically Kam kamla Harris but also the
0:54
moderators as well one of those
0:56
moderators is the woman Kristen Welker
0:59
who we did the interview with with and
1:00
it just shows me that Trump is the kind
1:02
of guy that look I'm the president now
1:04
or I'm going to be the president now
1:06
it's time to move on it's time to do
1:08
this
1:09
thing he he seems to me to be the kind
1:12
of person that always wants to look for
1:13
the good in people even when it's really
1:16
hard to find sometimes and when I say
1:19
the good I don't mean an overall good
1:20
bad person I mean good towards him these
1:23
people don't like him they're never
1:24
going to like him they're never going to
1:26
give him a fair Shake no matter how
1:28
nicely he treats him and it drives me
1:30
nuts because he tries so hard to be
1:34
respectful to be somebody who's you know
1:37
willing to go the extra mile for them
1:39
and they keep slapping his hand of
1:41
friendship away that being
1:44
said in this interview with Miss Welker
1:47
that just leaked and it's coming the
1:49
interview will be in its entirety shown
1:52
tomorrow but in this segment of the
1:54
interview he talks about in particular
1:58
Pete heg now Pete hexek is a former Fox
2:01
News host decorated military veteran and
2:04
the guy who Trump picked to be the
2:07
Secretary of Defense and he said they
2:09
were a little bit concerned he stands
2:11
behind them now but they were a little
2:14
bit concerned about all of this stuff
2:16
swirling around Mr
2:17
Heth here's my take on it you caved in
2:21
on Matt Gates I didn't think Matt Gates
2:23
was a great pick to begin with not for
2:25
any reasons about Matt Gates himself but
2:27
for the fact that he has a lot of
2:29
political enemies
2:30
and it was always going to be tough
2:33
however if you picked Gates and he did
2:36
you should have kept him out there in my
2:38
opinion to take one for the team because
2:41
there'd be so much focus on Gates that
2:43
the rest of these nominations would
2:45
slide through now if you back off on heg
2:47
Seth and remove him and I love Ronda
2:49
santz if you picked Ronda santz from the
2:51
beginning no harm no foul let's do it
2:54
but if you remove heg Seth now they're
2:58
going to come for Tulsi they're going to
3:00
come for RFK they're going to come from
3:02
everyone you nominate until you nominate
3:04
people they approve of quite literally
3:06
and at that point you don't have a
3:08
presidency you have the Senate picking
3:10
your cabinet and you can't have that I
3:13
want you to watch this interview and let
3:15
me know what you think in the comments
3:17
looks like Peter's doing well now I mean
3:21
people were a little bit concerned he's
3:23
a young guy with uh a tremendous track
3:27
record actually went to Princeton and
3:29
went to Harvard he was a good student at
3:31
both but he loves the military and I
3:33
think people are starting to see it so
3:36
we'll be working on his nomination along
3:38
with a lot of others since you bring him
3:40
up do you still have confidence in Pete
3:42
hexi yes I do I really do he's a very
3:44
smart guy I've known him through Fox but
3:47
I've known him for a long time and he's
3:50
basically a military guy I mean every
3:52
time I talk to him all he wants to talk
3:53
about is the military he's a military
3:55
guy
