out Alexandria Kazo Cortez has gone
0:42
above and beyond in her attempts to
0:46
assist the illegal immigrants from
0:49
evading capture from Immigration and
0:52
Customs Enforcement better known as ice
0:55
now you've heard from Tom homman but
0:57
others are weighing in on this as well
0:59
she is Towing the line and we're not
1:01
sure if she's crossed it yet of
1:04
obstruction of justice you know this is
1:07
you're talking about harboring criminals
1:08
these people have committed a criminal
1:10
act did you know that Homan had to in a
1:13
hearing years ago had to explain to AIO
1:16
Cortez that crossing the border
1:18
illegally was in fact a criminal act she
1:20
didn't know or at least she feigned not
1:23
knowing and I don't know why you'd want
1:25
to look that dimwitted on purpose but
1:28
she's at a point now
1:30
and I'm telling you we are less than a
1:31
month into the Trump Administration I
1:34
believe that we are getting to a point
1:36
now where you're going to see some of
1:37
these people in sanctuary cities
1:40
Sanctuary States some of these
1:42
Representatives who are assisting and
1:44
and providing information to these
1:45
people on how to avoid being deported
1:47
how to avoid ice that you're going to
1:49
start seeing them get per walked get
1:51
arrested get brought to
1:54
Justice and it may be the only
1:56
thing that actually fixes this situation
2:00
I want you to watch this video on it and
2:02
let me know what you think in the
2:03
comments let's start off right where we
2:05
just left off does Tom homman have a
2:07
point here uh Alexandri Casio Cortez's
2:11
office providing tips as to how to avoid
2:14
ice arrests is there any kind of legal
2:17
action that the federal government can
2:19
take uh because of
2:21
this he does have a point here and just
2:24
sort of for the big picture here you
2:26
know when you compare what he's doing
2:28
which is trying to get rid of the most
2:29
serious criminals that are also criminal
2:31
illegal aliens and she's fighting tooth
2:33
and nail to keep them in here but I
2:35
think where she's really skirting the
2:37
line here is on a couple things one is
2:39
this obstruction of justice is she are
2:41
these webinars designed to truly educate
2:44
people or are they really a ruse
2:46
designed to keep illegal aliens in the
2:48
country and part of her statement is
2:50
quite interesting she she talks about
2:52
illegal aliens as everyday Americans or
2:55
something as if they have a right to be
2:57
here and when she's mocking Tom Homan
2:59
she's also so incorrect on the law when
3:01
she's saying it's not a crime to be here
3:03
illegally most of these people entered
3:05
illegally and that is in fact a crime
3:07
the other thing that she's really uh you
3:09
know skirting the line is on and many of
3:11
these Sanctuary cities are as well as a
3:13
federal harboring statute which if
3:15
you're doing anything to basically
3:16
conceal Shield or Harbor illegal aliens
3:20
from being deported or encouraging
3:22
illegal aliens or people you have reason
3:24
to know are illegal aliens to reside in
3:27
the country illegally you could be a
3:28
violation of that as well you she's
3:30
certainly getting very close to line I
3:31
don't know that she's gotten over it but
3:33
many of these Sanctuary cities not only
3:35
are over the line but have been over the
3:37
line for the last five years so that's
3:39
going to be their main incentive to
3:40
cooperate is you know is doj going to
3:43
look retrospectively at what they've
3:44
been doing or are they going to get on
3:46
board and cooperate and I think most of
3:48
them will cooperate
