0:02
Sabia for explain America and a sad
0:05
reminder of why we may need age limits
0:08
in government has just reared its head

0:36
we've seen Senators pass away while
0:39
they're in office the late Senator Diane
0:42
Feinstein Springs to mind as one of the
0:45
most recent examples and you seen Mitch
0:48
McConnell today he decided he wasn't
0:51
going to do it anymore he's going to
0:53
quit in his 80s but he's going to quit
0:56
he's not going to run for re-election
0:57
which by the way Mitch I think that's a
0:59
great idea you know you're really old
1:02
and you're falling all the time and I
1:05
pray that you live a lot longer and that
1:08
you get to enjoy this time with your
1:09
family your kids your
1:11
grandkids and enjoy this life you've
1:13
carved out a nice life for yourself and
1:15
you've done a lot of service to this
1:16
country and to the Republican party I'll
1:19
never not be grateful for the fact that
1:22
it was through your leadership that we
1:24
got the Supreme Court and so many
1:26
federal judges Mitch McConnell is a
1:29
ninja of of the Senate and while I
1:31
disagree with him a lot these days in
1:33
his opposition to president Donald Trump
1:34
it is important to remember the great
1:37
work this man did for this country and
1:39
for the Republican party that being said
1:42
in the Missouri Senate lieutenant
1:44
governor 77 years old was on hand and
1:48
this is one of the most horrifying
1:50
frightening things I've ever
1:52
seen while he was standing there and and
1:55
someone else was talking he was standing
1:56
at the podium he just collapses to the
1:59
ground it is it it's a terrifying and
2:03
tragic video and it's quite jarring now
2:07
the good news is that he's okay he's
2:09
home he's
2:11
recovering he's in good spirits and he's
2:14
the prognosis is is good he's going to
2:15
be okay so that should give you some
2:18
comfort when you watch this video but I
2:19
do want you to watch this video and let
2:21
me know what you think in the comments
2:23
these are multi-year payouts so each of
2:27
these has several more it's
2:30
over
2:33
over Senator Johnson for a motion to
2:37
recess so moved all in favor say I
2:47
no he right there he's right here we
2:55
got we did
2:58
we go to recess subject to call
