Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America on YouTube
0:04
and Tucker Carlson, the former Fox News host, well he just made a major announcement that's
0:10
probably going to shake Fox News a little bit. Before we get started, please make sure you like
0:15
comment, share, and subscribe. Those little things really help us out, and they help our channel continue to grow. Tucker Carlson has done anything but sink
0:25
into the shadows since he was let go from Fox News unceremoniously. He hasn't hidden from
0:33
anything. He's not going to run and hide. He's not going to whine and cry. What he's doing is
0:40
fighting back. Now you've seen Tucker Carlson on X or Tucker on X, which is formerly Twitter
0:47
He's got a show on there, and he's interviewed so many interesting people and movers and shakers
0:53
getting millions and millions and millions of views. Now Tucker doesn't need the money
0:58
He could retire tomorrow. He's set for the rest of his life, right? But I think Tucker has a
1:04
passion. He has a passion for what he's doing, and that's why he's announced a new project
1:10
And there's actually more to it than just this, but let's take a look at what he said in the video
1:14
Hey, it's Tucker Carlson. We've been out of work for seven or eight months now. Hard to know. Time
1:19
flies when you're unemployed, but actually we have been working in secret and producing an awful
1:25
lot of material for months now, interviews, et cetera, and all of it has now found its way to
1:33
TuckerCarlson.com. We're launching a brand new thing very soon, and we'd love for you to see it
1:39
So go to TuckerCarlson.com to see it first. Now Tucker's saying this is part of a broader plan
1:44
What the broader plan is, I don't know, but what I do find curious is that he's following in these
1:50
successful footsteps of the guy who was fired before him in the same time slot. Let's not forget
1:56
former Fox News host Bill O'Reilly hosted the 8 p.m. hour before Tucker Carlson took control of it
2:05
Now O'Reilly was also fired by Fox News. O'Reilly also went on to start his own subscription service
2:10
and it's been wildly successful. He's had a great, you know, great, what's the word for it
2:17
success. He's had great success with his subscription service and also with his presence on all the
2:23
platforms, Facebook and X and all this. So Tucker's following those already successful footsteps, and I
2:30
think Tucker's popularity dwarfs that of Bill O'Reilly, not to take anything away from Bill O'Reilly
2:36
who's a fantastic journalist, great interviewer, you know, I think he's a pretty fair person as
2:41
well. I think this is going to be very successful for Tucker, and I think it hurts Fox News because
2:47
as Tucker almost becomes a Davy Crockett type figure, you know, he's almost a Jesse James
2:53
so to speak. He's like an outlaw in the political news landscape. The more his legend grows and the
2:59
more his popularity grows, and as that happens, I think you're going to see that a lot of people
3:06
at Fox are going to regret letting him go. Do you guys still even watch Fox News? Are you watching
3:11
Tucker? Let me know in the comments. Also again, please remember to like, share, and subscribe. It
3:16
really helps us out. I'm Carmine Savia for Explain America on YouTube. We love you guys. God bless you
3:23
Take care, everybody
