Trump Surprise Witness Rocks Case - Stormy Daniels Horrified

Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia with a blockbuster in the Alvin Bragg

Donald Trump, Stormy Daniels, hush money case in New York. It starts on Monday and now there

could be a surprise witness that will rock Stormy Daniels' world. Before we get started

please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe. Those little things really help us out

and they help our channel continue to grow. You know, if Trump can get his hands on a witness

that knows what Stormy Daniels did and what she's planning, why this whole thing is occurring

and as one of the star witnesses for the prosecution Stormy is, if she can be discredited

well that's going to be massive for Donald Trump. And there's not a lot of people that

know Stormy Daniels in this legal battle the way this witness does. Now this witness

who says he's been contacted by the defense and he's willing to testify, this witness is somebody

who despised Donald Trump. Went on national television vowing to take him out of the White

House. Contemplated running for president as a Democrat and here he is getting ready to defend

Trump. That person is Stormy Daniels' former attorney, Michael Avenatti. He made the announcement

or the announcement was at least issued on Saturday. He had an interview with the New York

Post or I don't know when the interview took place but it was published on Saturday and he said he's willing to be a witness and this would again, this would be earth-shaking for the

case. I want you to listen to an interview he recently did with the MSNBC where he takes down

this case bit by bit and really destroys it live on the air. And I also want you to let me know what

you think about this when you like, comment, share, and subscribe. I'm Carmine Sabia for

Explain America. We love you guys. God bless you. Take care everybody

And you join us at a very newsworthy time. Some of your lawyering led to the exposure

the evidence in this case. The New York trial now will be Donald Trump's first and possibly

only trial this year. How do you assess the strength of the prosecution's case

Well, I think what I'm about to say is going to surprise a lot of people and that is that

you know, I think this is the wrong case at the wrong time, Ari. I think that the case

is in many ways stale at this juncture. You're talking about conduct that occurred some eight

years ago. I think the fact that it's occurring in state court in New York is a mistake

And I think that when you are going to potentially deprive tens of millions of Americans

of their choice for the presidency of the United States, whether we agree with those folks or not

or regardless of what we may think of Donald Trump, I think it's a mistake to do it based

on a case of this nature. I was hoping, frankly, that there would have been less hand-wringing

less bedwetting, and that the January 6th case would have been filed in a more timely manner

There's no excuse or reason as to why that case could not have been brought in 2021

and it should have been brought in 2021. And had it been brought in 2021

we would not find ourselves in the situation that we're in right now. Now, I know a lot of people

have been critical of the United States Supreme Court, as well as the second, not the second

but the D.C. Circuit. I think those complaints are, frankly, misplaced
