guys Donald Trump the president of the
0:37
United States is celebrating a massive
0:39
legal Victory and the legal Victory not
0:42
just for him but for all of us the
0:46
Democrats have made it their mission
0:48
essentially to take him to court over
0:51
every single thing he does every single
0:53
movie makes and they're failing left
0:56
right and Center they are failing and
0:58
this time judge
1:01
chuin the one who sentenced January 6th
1:05
rioter to ridiculous sentences the one
1:08
who was in charge of Trump's uh case in
1:12
Washington DC and who was not very
1:13
friendly to him even she ruled against
1:16
the Democrat States attorneys generals
1:18
here who tried to stop Doge from
1:21
accessing federal information on
1:24
citizens they're looking for fraud
1:26
they're looking for Waste they're
1:28
looking for criminal activity
1:31
and she said that these particular
1:34
representatives of their states could
1:37
not prove that anything illegal or
1:39
untour or unconstitutional for that
1:41
matter was going on I want you to watch
1:44
this video and let me know what you
1:45
think in the
1:47
comments quickly we have some breaking
1:49
news now and this would appear to be
1:51
another legal victory for the president
1:54
and uh the person he's tasked with the
1:57
Department of government efficiency Doge
1:59
Elon musk a federal judge has just
2:02
declined to issue an order halting Elon
2:05
Musk and Doge from accessing Federal
2:07
data and slashing Personnel Attorneys
2:10
General from 14 states are attempting to
2:13
stop musk and Doge from accessing data
2:16
in seven federal agencies and from
2:19
firing or putting on leave employees in
2:21
those agencies US court US District
2:24
Court judge chuin just refused to issue
2:28
a ruling From the Bench so at that point
2:31
she has not halted musk and Doge from
2:34
continuing their actions inside the
2:36
seven agencies uh at issue here just
2:39
real quickly because of your legal
2:41
background your quick thinking all right
2:43
two of the Supreme Court justices have
2:45
subtly indicated that they would like to
2:47
strike down the prevailing rule it's not
2:50
statutory those two being Thomas and
2:52
Kavanaugh indicta in other decisions
2:54
they'd like to get rid of this rule that
2:56
a single District Court Judge someplace
2:57
in the country can issue a ruling that
2:59
holds for the entire country it's not
3:01
what the founding fathers expected here
3:04
and it's been gained and you know the
3:06
right can do it too so the left
3:07
shouldn't be too quick to oppose that
