Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and a disaster for the prosecution
0:08
in the Trump alleged hush money case in Manhattan. Before we get started, please make sure you like
0:16
comment, share, and subscribe. Those little things really help us out and they help our
0:21
channel continue to grow. Stormy Daniels took the stand yesterday and things were not going
0:28
swimmingly right from the beginning. She tried to crack jokes, she tried to smile with the jury
0:34
the jury was not having it. And then came the cross-examination and Stormy's story started
0:41
to collapse. She started to contradict herself and and she got into these salacious, horrific
0:48
details about Trump's extracurricular life and it was totally unnecessary to the point where the
0:57
judge had to reprimand her and now legal experts are weighing in and they're saying that her
1:03
testimony could actually be the death knell for this entire case. That's how horrific it was
1:11
That's how much she imploded on the witness stand and she's got another day ahead of her
1:16
of testimony and cross-examination. If she thought this was going to be easy, if she thought this was
1:22
going to be just her gravy train coming in so she could keep selling her story and making money
1:27
well she might have just got a hard dose of reality and personally I don't think anybody
1:33
deserves it more than her. I want you to check this video and let me know what you think
1:38
Also as always please remember to like, comment, share and subscribe. It does really help us out

I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America. We love you guys. God bless you. Take care everybody
1:52
It's hard to stop because you also want people to know what we heard and what we saw and that
1:57
the difficulty is just relaying what's now in the court record. You reported before all this
2:03
started the trial that the hardest part you had heard from sources of what Trump was going to have
2:08
to do as part of this is not necessarily the outcome but just sitting there and listening
2:13
Yeah, that's the process. It is everything from having to be in this really decrepit
2:17
courthouse and courtroom to having to listen to that. That was what a lot of people around Trump
2:23
were very concerned about him sitting through. They weren't positive that Stormy Daniels was
2:28
going to get called but they thought there was a chance of it and they were concerned about what
2:32
level of lurid detail would be gone into. Todd Blanche's argument was this was done just to
2:36
shock. The prosecutors argued otherwise. I think the defense had one of its best days yesterday
2:43
because Susan Nechlis in her cross-examination and she's not done with cross-examination. I'll
2:47
resume tomorrow. She did get some dents into Stormy Daniels' story but does it ultimately
2:54
matter? I don't know because we don't know how the jury is viewing this. At the end of the day
2:58
Stormy Daniels still told the details of that early encounter the way she's told it before
3:04
and the way she has told it in various forums. At the end of the day, that is what underlies
3:10
this case, not other specifics related to who wants to make money or whether that is going to
3:16
be the defense argument is that she is out to get money. I'm not sure that the jury will
3:20
necessarily see Trump as a victim here
