Trump Gets Revenge - Threat To Remove Biden From State Ballot After Colorado Decision

Hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and the Colorado Supreme

Court might think they got the edge on former President Donald Trump by removing him from the

ballot but now well now Joe Biden's on the hot seat and he may be removed from a ballot because

that's what we're going to do now. Before we get started please make sure you like, comment, share

Now under normal circumstances the threat to remove Joe Biden from the ballot would be met

with fury by me. Why? I'm a conservative, I'm a Trump supporter, but I believe in the Constitution

I believe in freedom, I believe in democracy, I believe in not being a banana republic

and I believe this country is worth fighting for. However, when the Colorado Supreme Court

goes to the extreme of removing the leading Republican presidential candidate from the

ballot well then by God we have no more choices. We have to fight fire with fire

and that's what one Lieutenant Governor says he might do. Let's take a look

Communities safer, your response. So we spent a lot of time Laura in the Senate writing this bill along with the Governor and

we believe we have a bill that will survive any type of Supreme Court challenge because we are

being invaded. Arizona tried this about 10 years ago, but our law is different. It simply says that

our law enforcement can arrest anyone, take them in, do a background check, photograph, do

fingerprints. If they saw them cross the border illegally, we can do that. Or if they happen to

reveal in the arrest stop that they crossed illegally and then the magistrate will send them

back and will escort them to the border and they have a choice. They go to jail or they can go back

and if they go back and try to come back again and we arrest them again the penalty gets even higher

We're fed up. In fact, seeing what happened in Colorado tonight Laura makes me think, except we

believe in democracy in Texas, maybe we should take Joe Biden off the ballot in Texas for allowing

eight million people to cross the border since he's been president, disrupting our state far

more than anything anyone else has done in recent history. And so this is so

outrageous. 10,000, 12,000, 14,000 people a day crossing the border, eight million people since

he's been in office. Enough to be the 12th largest state. It's incredible. Now I think the numbers

kind of, people are numb to the numbers now. It's the sheer mass of humanity that is

obviously taking over cities, local communities, school districts, health care system, homeless shelters. I mean it is overwhelming, already overburdened state and local budgets

And now Dan, this congresswoman Jasmine Crockett decides well it's time to go after Texas. Watch

I'm very concerned because the Republicans have never... Now you got to think about this. This may not be the only red state to consider this

and Patrick is saying, you know, look we're probably not going to do it. But they might

and other states might. You want to play this game? We can play this game

You want to end democracy by eliminating somebody from a ballot so your candidate wins

That's psychotic and it is the greatest threat to democracy in the history of this country

if you ask me. What's happening here is ridiculous. It is a blight. It is a black eye

on our country and for us to go pound our chests in other countries talking about spreading

democracy around the world when we're killing it at home is ridiculous and everybody involved in

this sham should be ashamed of themselves. I want to know what you guys think about this
