hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine
0:02
Sabia 4 explain America and we all know
0:04
the liberal game plan by now take Donald
0:07
Trump to court because you have no power
0:09
anywhere else problem is you ain't got
0:12
much power in the Supreme Court either
0:14
before we get started please make sure

0:34
out we all know the liberal game plan as
0:37
I said it it's been months worth now of
0:40
Sue Trump over everything if he ties his
0:42
shoes the wrong way if he says the wrong
0:45
word if he brushes his teeth with the
0:47
wrong
0:47
toothpaste then you have to sue him
0:50
right because well you got nobody in
0:53
Congress and you ain't got the White
0:55
House and you ain't got the Senate what
0:57
are you going to do how you going to
0:58
stop this man how you going to stop them
1:01
from I don't know keeping boys out of
1:03
girl sports or calling mothers mothers
1:07
and not an inseminated person yes that's
1:09
a real idea Democrats have in fact just
1:12
learned today they're pushing that in
1:14
Wisconsin they want to call
1:16
mothers inseminated persons and instead
1:19
of husband and wife spouse and person or
1:23
or person and spouse I I don't know it's
1:27
weird they're trying to change the
1:28
language they're trying to erase women
1:30
from history so of course why wouldn't
1:32
you want to sue them over everything
1:35
right where are the feminists at by the
1:36
way anybody know where the feminists are
1:38
at here anyway that's a Divergent topic
1:42
what I'm talking about here is the
1:44
inherent power of the executive branch
1:46
to hire and fire it's an inherent power
1:50
and yet they're suing over this and of
1:53
course the lower courts they're going to
1:55
get their activist judges that are going
1:56
to side with them but they're going to
1:58
get to the Supreme Court and the Supreme
2:00
Court in recent years especially has
2:02
shown a
2:03
tendency
2:05
to to give the benefit of the doubt to
2:08
executive power you saw it with the you
2:10
know the the the power they gave Trump
2:13
over things he can't be criminally
2:15
prosecuted for when the special
2:18
prosecutor Jack Smith was Prosecuting
2:19
him so the Supreme Court in recent years
2:22
has aired on the side of giving more
2:25
power to the executive it's a Divergent
2:28
path from other Supreme Courts that
2:30
really rested a lot of the power in the
2:32
states which traditionally I believe in
2:35
but there is a power of the executive
2:37
branch over executive branch decisions
2:39
and executive branch employees this is
2:41
not a state's rights issue right this is
2:43
a federal government issue and if it
2:46
involves the federal government then the
2:48
executive in this case president Donald
2:50
Trump has a lot of authority doesn't
2:53
have the authority to ignore the Supreme
2:55
Court like Joe Biden wanted to do but he
2:57
does have a lot of authority
3:00
and I believe the Supreme Court's going
3:01
to come down and decide because it's
3:02
obvious it's common sense but even an
3:05
expert a legal expert on CNN believes it
3:08
and for the same reasons I want you to
3:10
watch this video and let me know what
3:11
you think in the comments Alise Adamson
3:14
is still with us as well Alise as you
3:16
know many of the conservative justices
3:18
on the Supreme Court have traditionally
3:20
favored executive power certainly in
3:23
past cases so what does that tell you
3:25
about what they may ultimately decide in
3:28
this case
3:31
yes wolf and I think we saw that just in
3:34
what we just heard from the reporting
3:35
with gorches and Alo uh willing to take
3:39
up the case on the merits rather than
3:41
deciding to to not decide as has just
3:44
been described I I do think that we have
3:47
seen um an extreme expansion in the
3:50
interpretation of executive power and
3:52
this is a real test uh there's a federal
3:56
law that created this office of special
3:58
counsel and Congress tried to
4:00
uh make very clear the reasons why an
4:03
individual could be terminated they
4:05
tried to outline this and so this is
4:07
going to be a test of the separation of
4:09
powers and so I I think we can expect to
4:12
see this court continue on their streak
4:16
of their interpretation of executive
4:17
power and I do think there is a chance
4:21
that the Supreme Court will rule in the
4:23
Trump administration's favor in this
4:25
case for those reasons
