Trump Attorney Gives Massive Update - Former President Has A Plan

Hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and Trump attorney Alina Haba

She just dropped news on the Colorado Supreme Court. News that they might have been expecting

but they're certainly not going to like. Before we get started please make sure you like

comment, share and subscribe. Those little things really help us out and I have to tell you in this

age where conservative voices are being suppressed, where the news we're trying to tell people is

being squashed, you guys are the soldiers on the front line of that and your weapon is to like

comment, share and subscribe. It helps the algorithm, it gets our message to other people

and it really you know invigorates the conservative movement. So we appreciate it

and we thank you so much. Now Alina Haba was talking to Breitbart News when she discussed

the Colorado decision and she explained that the decision was it was basically trying to fit a

square peg into a round hole. Colorado Supreme Court wanted to make this decision even if they

didn't have the legal reasons to do it. It's a court that was appointed by all you know

Democrat governors. You got four people on the court, all Democrats ruling to take Trump off

the ballot. It smacks of partisanship and it's dangerous because the way they're doing it to

Trump they can do it to somebody else and you can get a Republican court to do it to a Democrat

You know and so Democrats that are celebrating this they're not understanding the actual

consequences of the precedent being set here. Now that being said I would be shocked

shocked if the Supreme Court didn't rule eight to one or nine to zero in striking down the Colorado

Supreme Court and really making them look ridiculous which was what Alina Haba was saying

to Breitbart News and she predicted kind of the future of this thing and I agree with her

She believes she knows where this is going and what's going to happen and so do I. She also gave

an update on what the Trump team is doing and what they're preparing so they can fight this

what I believe is unadjusted you know danger to democracy. It's an attack on democracy itself

The people who said they're trying to save democracy are attacking democracy. So I'm

going to leave you with the clip. I'm Carmine Sabia. This is Explain America. We love you guys

God bless you. Take care everybody and now let's listen to Alina Haba via Breitbart News

This is Ty Cobb who's a former Trump White House lawyer. So I think this case will be handled

quickly. I think it could be 9-0 in Supreme Court for Trump. Do you agree with that? 100 percent

100 percent because it's look this is the problem that I face every day when I go to court

Judges want to make a name for themselves. They think they're pioneers for the liberal radical

left. Okay you're not a pioneer. You're going to look ridiculous. You do not understand due process

You do not understand the constitution. You are literally a state level court that is going to

look ridiculous. Okay when the Supreme Court whether you're federal judge or state judge

when the Supreme Court overturns you that's not a good look and there is no question in my mind

Due process exists for a reason. There has to be some America left. There just has to be and this

was a very very I mean such a ridiculous decision that I'm not even concerned that the Supreme Court

will make the right decision here
