hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine
0:02
Sabia 4 explain America and Democrat
0:05
Pennsylvania Senator John fedman and you
0:07
got to wonder how long he's going to
0:09
stay a Democrat just tore the doors off
0:12
his own party before we get started
0:15
please make sure you like comment share

0:33
helps us out Senator fedman has become
0:37
the voice of reason in the Democrat
0:39
Party with Senator Cinema leaving with
0:43
Senator Mansion retired he's the only
0:46
voice of moderation pretty much left in
0:49
the Democrat Party The only voice of
0:52
sanity left in the Democrat Party do we
0:54
agree with him on everything absolutely
0:56
not I could run down a Litany of issues
1:00
disagree with Federman on in good faith
1:03
because I think here's the thing think
1:05
he's a good man think he's doing what he
1:07
thinks is right he's also a man who I
1:10
don't know has common sense and
1:14
intelligence he's not a follower he
1:16
doesn't just do what he's told he
1:18
actually has the ability to think for
1:20
himself which is crazy in Washington DC
1:24
people thinking for themselves gosh it
1:28
gets you castigated and people people
1:30
don't want to deal with that they don't
1:31
want freeth thinkers you're supped to
1:33
just play Follow the Leader and so I
1:35
give fedman credit because he's a leader
1:38
he's actually a leader because leaders
1:41
take stands on certain issues well the
1:44
Democrats in the house apparently didn't
1:46
want to pass the lake and Riley act and
1:48
Senator fedman said in this interview
1:51
with Fox News if we can't get seven
1:53
Democrat Senators to join on and pass
1:56
the lake and Riley act and get rid of
1:58
criminal it legal aliens criminals not
2:02
talking about the dreamers not talking
2:03
about people that are not bothering
2:05
anybody and just living their lives I'm
2:07
talking about hardcore criminals so if
2:10
we can't get rid of Hardcore criminals
2:12
then this is why we lost the election
2:14
this should be a no brainer I agree with
2:17
him 100% I want you to listen to what he
2:19
had to say let me know what you think in
2:21
the comments attraction um from our
2:24
Senate colleagues interested in coming
2:25
on board Senator Federman there are
2:27
Democrats obviously who spoke out
2:29
against this today one of them uh
2:31
Congressman Raskin take a listen pick a
2:34
crime paste into it a template
2:37
immigration law covering convicted
2:40
criminals and then requireed detention
2:42
or deportation of certain persons merely
2:46
accused of committing the crime or
2:48
arrested for committing the crime no due
2:51
process required at all this allows us
2:54
to get up and demonize
2:56
immigrants so what do you say to that
2:58
you've signed on to this bill well I I I
3:00
mean I have a lot of enormous respect
3:02
for my colleague in the house but I just
3:04
happen to disagree on this and for me
3:06
just like my friend and colleague uh in
3:08
the Senate like it's really common sense
3:11
and I'd like to remind everybody that we
3:13
have hundreds and hundreds of thousands
3:15
of of migrants here illegally that have
3:18
uh convicted of crimes and why I don't
3:22
know why you know who wants to defend to
3:24
allow them to to remain in our nation
3:26
through that and now if you're here uh
3:29
ille
3:30
and you're committing crimes and those
3:31
things I don't know why anybody thinks
3:33
that it it's controversial that they all
3:35
need to go do you think that this was
3:38
one of if not the biggest issue for this
3:41
election uh well I I think if we can't
3:44
you know there's 47 of us in in the
3:46
Senate and if we can't pull up with with
3:49
uh seven votes and if we can't get at
3:52
least seven out of 47 and if we can't
3:54
then that's a reason why we lost that's
3:56
one of them that's one of why we lost in
3:58
part and go ahead Brad if you think
4:00
about that I mean that's what he's
4:02
saying you know needing the seven votes
4:04
to be able to debate this bill and I
4:05
think the American people have already
4:06
answered that question they have said we
4:09
want you to find ways to have common
4:10
sense bipartisan solutions to help us
4:12
secure our border and keep our country
4:14
and Community safe and so I'm hopeful
4:16
that our colleagues will come together
4:17
and say let's let's talk about this well
4:19
I mean I've been in this same chair and
4:23
I was arguing about a year ago saying
4:24
that you know you can be Pro immigration
4:28
but we need a secure border and we have
4:30
a serious issue here on the board and we
4:31
have to address that and here we have
4:33
now we can be pro-immigration and I
4:35
really believe we should protect the the
4:37
dreamers but I don't know why it's
4:39
controversial that we need to deport any
4:42
migrants here illegal uh that are
4:45
engaging in kinds of criminal activity I
4:47
don't know why that's controversial to
4:48
anybody so this starts if the Senate
4:51
passes and it gets uh eventually to the
4:53
president's desk a uh process on
