‘Suspended’: DeSantis Gets Devastating News Right Before Debate

And Ron DeSantis just got horrible news right before the first presidential debate in the

Ron DeSantis did not need any more bad news before this debate

He is cratering in the polls. He is absolutely devastated. He's so far behind Trump, he can't even see him anymore

And I like Ron DeSantis. Look, I'm a fan of the guy. I think he's got a future in this party, in this country, maybe in the presidency

But I don't think that future's in 2024 for obvious reasons. Trump is a runaway train

You're not going to catch him. But where the news got really bad for DeSantis is that his super PAC never backed down

Well, they woke up this morning on GOP debate day to find that their X account, formerly

known as Twitter, had been suspended. Had been suspended from the platform

Matt Walking, who works for the, he's a strategic communications director for the PAC, he said

that he woke up to a message that said their account had been suspended

Now, when he talked to X, again, formerly known as Twitter, he was told that there was

some kind of mistake and the algorithms reported something they did as spam or somebody reported

their tweets as spam. And there could have been like a mass reporting thing where a bunch of people got together

and reported this account. And a lot of times that can get you suspended pending further review

So the account looks to be restored now, but it is an auspicious start to the day for a

guy who really needs a great day. DeSantis needs this. He needs this to be a spectacular day for him, a spectacular performance, because if

it's not, this could be curtains for him right now. So he really needs to land it today

He needs to bring this plane home, so to speak, because it's running on fumes

Trump again is miles ahead of this guy. And again, I love DeSantis

I think a lot of you guys do too. I mean, but it has not been, what's the word I'm looking for

It's not been fantastic for DeSantis these past few months. What started, I mean, if you think about how his campaign even started off on Twitter with

the town hall that he ran that kept running into technical issues, like it's been kind

of a disaster, you know, falling down the stairs from the beginning

So again, today, the debate, Fox News, it's going to be very big for him

I know a lot of you guys are not going to watch the debates. I get that

Without Trump there, it's a big drawback. And it's going to be hard to keep people's attention

You got to almost feel sorry for Fox News in this situation, because it's going to be

hard to get people to tune in and stay tuned in without the superstar there

You know, Trump is the superstar. He's the rock star. He's the guy people are tuning in to see

And if you don't have him, it's very hard to proceed forward

I believe if the Republican Party was smart, they would have said, you cannot be on the

ballot if you don't participate in the debates. You cannot be the nominee, because they have the power to do that

And if they did that, he would have been forced to debate. That could have been their move to get him there

I think Republican Party made a mistake by not forcing his hand, not trying desperately

to get Trump on that debate stage. They need him. They need him more than he needs them

You know, because if I'm Trump, he made the right decision here. If you got the choice, why are you going to go debate people that are 50 points or

more behind you? It doesn't make any sense. You'd only be giving them attention
