Supreme Court Bombshell - Democrats Just Got Served

You guys know for the past several months there's been a pressure campaign on Justice

Clarence Thomas. They've been using his wife Ginny's political affiliations and her support for former President

Donald Trump as a means to get him to recuse himself because his wife has been outspoken

Now let's apply that same demand for recusal to, I don't know, the hush money case in New

York where the judge's daughter is actually making money off of Trump being on trial for

her clients. And yet they don't call for recusal. Now that apparently is not a conflict of interest

But they want Thomas to recuse himself from the Trump immunity case

Now they want Justice Samuel Alito to recuse himself from the Trump immunity case

Really what they would like is just have the three liberal justices determine this

Let's get the conservatives out of the way, right? Now what they're using is the fact that there were flags flying at the Alito home, two homes

that seemed to support the idea that Trump should still be president

Okay, he's entitled to a First Amendment. His wife is entitled to a First Amendment

So whoever flew the flags, that's just her First Amendment speech. Here's the good news for us

Thomas and Alito are the only ones that get to decide if they recuse. Nobody can push them off the case

But it's not just about recusal. There's actually something more to this

There's actually a greater plan here, a dastardly, sinister plan by the Democrats

I've been saying it for months. Now somebody else who you might listen to, who's a very important person, Senator Ted

Cruz, he's revealing their plan. Let's take a look. F. Donald Trump, which is pretty nasty in a neighborhood

But the neighbor is not a Supreme Court justice. No, but the neighbor also screamed and cursed at Justice Alito's wife and apparently called

her the C word, which I'm sorry, is repulsive. Listen, there are justices I disagree with, and yet you should treat everyone with civility

and respect. And what Justice Alito said is his wife was upset. And let's be honest, if you had a neighbor screaming and cursing at himself

I think neighborly disputes, probably a lot of people watching can understand that. But he is a sitting Supreme Court justice and they're about to make key decisions about

January 6. Two of them, they're related to that. Do you not worry that it undercuts his credibility as a justice when he does something like this

Number one, he said he didn't have anything to do with it, that it was his wife who did it

But number two, this is all about trying to delegitimize the court

The Democrats, almost every Democrat in the Senate, if they win, they want to pack the

Supreme Court. They want to grow the Supreme Court from nine justices to 13 justices

The reason they want to do that is they want to add four left wing justices immediately

And I got to say, it is unfortunate. President Biden, of course, doesn't agree with that
