Stormy Daniels Gets Devastating News - It's On!

Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and there's more

devastating news for Stormy Daniels as we are one day away from opening arguments in

the Trump-Alvin Bragg-Stormy Daniels-Michael Cohen hush money case. Did I name enough people

If you watched my videos yesterday, you know that there is a possible surprise witness

in the Stormy Daniels case and that is her former attorney Michael Avenatti

An avowed anti-Trumper for so long, why would Michael Avenatti change his mind

And if he does, I believe the testimony he brings will be devastating for Stormy Daniels

And I think she knows it. And I think she's about to be humiliated in front of the world, which is kind of hard

to humiliate her any more than she's done to herself in life, but I believe this will

do it because I think she's in this for publicity. I've said that from the beginning and she talks about she's not making money for appearances

or for her documentary. Yeah, but her fees to go to certain clubs and perform certain duties or to be in certain

movies has gone sky high. So don't tell me she hasn't made money

And I think Avenatti is going to bring some of that to the fore and let people know about

that during the testimony. That's what I believe. I want you to watch this report from Fox News about it though because it gets into a lot

more detail about why Michael Cohen might be willing to do it

And the why here, the why is really important. So I want you to check that out and let me know what you think

We love you guys. God bless you. Take care everybody. Yep, that's him

And remember, Madeline Rivera joins us now with more. Madeline. Guys, with just one day to go before opening arguments, former President Trump is blasting

the trial with a series of new posts on his platform, Truth Social

He says in part, this scam rush trial taking place in a 95% Democrat area is a plan and

coordinated witch hunt that could have been brought eight years ago, but everybody passed

and said they waited and brought it right in the middle of my presidential campaign

The post comes one day after an appeals court rejected the Trump team's motion to delay

the trial as they try to move the case out of Manhattan, where they argue folks are too

biased to give the former president a fair shake. And it appears he is getting some backup from Michael Avenatti, the former attorney of adult

film star Stormy Daniels. Avenatti is in federal prison in Los Angeles serving a 19 year sentence for extortion

tax evasion, embezzlement, among other federal crimes. He's been an outspoken critic of Trump, even calling for his indictment in 2018, but he

tells the New York Post he's been in contact with Trump's attorneys and says he'd be willing

to testify for the former president. Avenatti says there's no question the trial is politically motivated because they're concerned

that he may be reelected. If the defendant was anyone other than Donald Trump, this case would not have been brought

at this time. Also happening this week, the Supreme Court is set to hear arguments on Trump's claims

of presidential immunity as he fights the federal criminal case, accusing him of conspiring

to overturn the 2020 election results. Will Kaley and Pete. Thank you

Thank you. A little bit earlier, we were like, wow, and we'll talk about this. I want to put this question to Will Sharf

He's an attorney for Donald Trump, but he'll come up on the show at 9 a.m. Eastern time

How can you trust putting Michael Avenatti on the stand? How could you trust his testimony? I mean, he's been on every side with Donald Trump

You know, pro anti pro again. And and, you know, by the very nature of his criminal charges, it's not one that inspires trust

But you point out there is perhaps an incentive that you can trust

And what is that incentive? Is it maybe a part? It could be. Yeah

I mean, listen, if Michael Avenatti sitting in a jail cell and he feels the
