Stormy Daniels Caught Extorting Trump! - Proof Finally Exposed

Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and Stormy Daniels may find

herself the one on the wrong side of the law after all is said and done. Before we get started

please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe. Those little things really help us

out and they help our channel continue to grow. So Stormy Daniels' attorney was on the witness

stand yesterday and he was given a play-by-play of exactly how this supposed hush money payment

came to be. And by the way, they're called confidentiality agreements. The media likes

to call them hush money payments, but they're called confidentiality agreements. Now her lawyer

gave the play-by-play, but her other former lawyer, a man named Michael Avenatti, he said it's all

bogus. He went on Twitter and he said it's all a lie. He said that when he confronted

the attorney they're talking to now, who was the attorney for Stormy Daniels

and Karen McDougal, who basically got shakedown payments from then-President Donald Trump

Michael Avenatti said that this attorney admitted to him that it was basically an extortion scheme

a shakedown scandal to get the money they wanted from Donald Trump. And that's all it was

That is a bombshell from Avenatti who has before in the past said he would like to be a witness

for Donald Trump. This is a former Trump enemy. He would like to be a witness for Donald Trump

and he's got a lot of details he can bring to this case. I think the prosecution should call him

as a witness. I'm sorry, the defense should call him, the prosecution should avoid him

The defense should call him as a witness. I want you to listen to this interview he gave to MSNBC

after declaring he would be a witness for the defense if they contacted him. And he says

well, he says they have contacted him. I want you to watch this and then let me know what you think

when you like, comment, share and subscribe. I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America. We love you

guys. God bless you. Take care, everybody. And you join us at a very newsworthy time

Some of your lawyering led to the exposure of the evidence in this case. The New York trial

now will be Donald Trump's first and possibly only trial this year. How do you assess the strength of

the prosecution's case? Well, I think what I'm about to say is going to surprise a lot of people

and that is that, you know, I think this is the wrong case at the wrong time, Ari. I think that

the case is in many ways stale at this juncture. You're talking about conduct that occurred some

eight years ago. I think the fact that it's occurring in state court in New York is a mistake

And I think that when you are going to potentially deprive tens of millions of Americans

of their choice for the presidency of the United States, whether we agree with those folks or not

or regardless of what we may think of Donald Trump, I think it's a mistake to do it based on

a case of this nature. I was hoping, frankly, that there would have been less hand-wringing

less bed-wetting, and that the January 6th case would have been filed in a more timely manner

There's no excuse or reason as to why that case could not have been brought in 2021

and it should have been brought in 2021. And had it been brought in 2021, we would not find

ourselves in the situation that we're in right now. Now, I know a lot of people have been critical of

the United States Supreme Court, as well as the second, not the second, but the D.C. Circuit

I think those complaints are, frankly, misplaced
