Now, let's talk about what's going on here, because we have to say that everything in this video, everything that's being said right now is

alleged. Nothing is proven. There is no evidence right now. But and this is a big but, Senators Chuck Grassley and Representative James Comer say that there is a whistleblower that has come forward

with a report that alleges that the current president of the United States, Joe Biden, when he was vice president, was involved in a

bribery scheme with a foreign national to affect policy issues. The White House vehemently denies this, calls this another political partisan attack

So there's all the legalities. There's all the things we have to tell you. OK, so there's right now no evidence, but there is apparently, according to these two lawmakers, a whistleblower

And you have to understand that if this is true, again, big word if

But if this is true, I don't see how Biden's presidency could survive this

This would absolutely dwarf Watergate. It would dwarf Watergate and it would certainly be the end of his 2024 campaign

I couldn't see how you could go on any further than this

I'm going to let Fox News tell you about what we have so far, and then I'm going to tell you after the jump exactly why I think this is being

done right now. News from Washington involving President Biden, our senior national correspondent

Rich Edson has got more about a document that a senator and the head of the Oversight Committee of the House are looking for

Rich. John, good afternoon. The House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer says that he's issued a subpoena to the FBI in a letter that he and Senator Chuck

Grassley have sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Chris Wray

They write that a, quote, highly credible whistleblower says the Justice Department and FBI have a form that, quote, describes an

alleged criminal scheme involving then President Biden and a former national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions

It's been alleged that the document includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed, as well as its purpose

Now, Comer and Grassley provide no information on the identity of the whistleblower, what specifically they're alleging

In short, it's a subpoena for a document that an unidentified whistleblower says exists and shows illegal activity

It is unclear yet how the Justice Department will respond. We have reached out, John

All right. So we don't know what this scheme is, only that it's believed that the DOJ and the FBI have information about this scheme

Exactly. What these two Republicans are alleging is that there is a document that exists and they've gotten that information, they say, from a

whistleblower, an unidentified whistleblower, and that the document exists within the Department of Justice and the FBI showing an illegal scheme

allegedly involving the vice president and that they are requesting that information now officially with a subpoena from the FBI and Justice Department

But these Republicans have not seen that document and they have just sent the subpoena request because a whistleblower told them it exists within the FBI

That's where we are right now with this. All right. Are we going to be hearing from them in the near future

Do we know? Unclear. I believe that they are going to speak to cameras on Capitol Hill

And of course, we've got a full team up there ready to cover. I think the question that has to be asked, at least in my mind, is this the Democrat Party involved in this

Why this leak? Why now? Why the Hunter Biden stuff? Why now

Are they trying to muscle Joe Biden out of the 2024 campaign because they feel he can't win

Are the Democrats actually responsible for this? Again, pure speculation on my part

I have no evidence of that. It's just one man's opinion saying that this could be the case

That being said, if anything these lawmakers are saying is true, this is an earthquake to politics in America and absolutely dwarfs anything

they have on Trump. This would be disastrous for Biden and the Biden family
