Sabia for explain America and Heraldo
0:05
Rivera he's he's going out of his mind
0:08
at this point he's an old man but he's
0:11
still in his mind

out Heraldo Rivera used to be a boxer he
0:38
was a tough guy if you remember back in
0:40
the 80s got his nose broken on stage he
0:43
hang in there with the best of them
0:45
Heraldo is a tough
0:46
man haraldo is I think in his 80s now
0:51
he's an old man and the spirit certainly
0:55
is willing and the spirit is still there
0:58
but Heraldo you got to stop acting like
0:59
a tough guy your tough guy days are
1:01
behind you it happens to all of us
1:03
happens to all of us when I was a young
1:04
kid I could scrap with the best of them
1:07
now I'm you know almost
1:10
50 in my mid
1:12
40s not going to go try and fight a 22y
1:15
old just not going to do it if I have to
1:18
I would of course to protect myself
1:20
defend somebody defend defend myself I'm
1:23
not looking for that fight though I'm
1:25
not threatening somebody who is very
1:28
much my junior but that's what her the
1:30
Rivera just did because his hatred for
1:32
people in the Trump administration his
1:34
hatred for people who want to do the
1:36
right thing about illegal
1:39
immigration is off the charts and he
1:41
wants to punch Steven Miller wants to
1:44
punch him that's what he said I think
1:47
step could take you Herold though and I
1:49
don't think it would be particularly
1:51
close and what are you so mad at him for
1:53
you maded him because he wants to
1:55
enforce the
1:56
law that kind of seems like a silly
1:58
reason to be angry at somebody doesn't
1:59
it
2:01
you know this pretend tough guy thing
2:02
has worked well for you your whole
2:04
career but now I mean it's just
2:08
laughable bro stop I want you guys to
2:11
watch this laugh at it and then let me
2:14
know what you think in the comments
2:15
comes in if you had a a larger mandate
2:17
if you had a you know a big Reagan lead
2:19
if you had a 30 seat majority in the
2:21
house uh that'd be different and you
2:23
kind of have to you have to price it out
2:25
based on what you have I want to show
2:26
you this reporting that the Trump
2:28
transition team wants to do what they
2:30
call a quote DC area showcase
2:33
immigration raid in the first days um
2:36
that this would be a quote high-profile
2:38
raid targeting undocumented immigrants
2:40
in the initial days The Raid could
2:41
Target immigrants allegedly living in
2:43
the US illegally at a workplace in the
2:45
Washington DC area um I'm curious what
2:47
you think of this because uh I've
2:49
covered this I've had Stephen Miller on
2:51
the show I think we can stipulate um
2:53
that there are debates about immigration
2:55
in this country and undocumented
2:56
immigration has been rising and there's
2:58
a question about how to deal with that
2:59
in a whole istic way that is Humane but
3:02
protects National Security I'm I'm
3:05
curious what you think of something
3:06
that's already being build as a kind of
3:08
quote show or advertisement isn't this
3:10
issue more important uh than making a a
3:13
DC show for the DC I guess media
3:16
Market you know I'm an old man now I've
3:19
been a boxer all my life I've given it
3:21
up but because of my uh my my Frailty
3:25
but I would come back to to punch Steven
3:28
Miller in the notse
3:30
because he is the most hideous in terms
3:32
of his policy I don't know the guy
3:34
personally but in terms of his policy he
3:36
is
3:37
absolutely Draconian he's the definition
3:40
of
3:42
it he doesn't want uh to resolve the
3:46
issue he wants to scapegoat certain
3:49
people that will in his mind it would
3:53
ReSound favorably to president Trump I I
3:56
think that this a horrible idea a
3:58
Showcase of raids in the DC area you
4:01
know what that's going to do it will
4:03
height heighten uh uncertainty in the
4:07
immigration among immigrants it will
4:10
infuriate the Democrats it will motivate
4:13
That Base it will absolutely Garner him
4:16
no additional uh points he needs now to
4:20
use this Bluster and use this moment and
4:23
use these first 100 days to make deals
4:27
he he Prides himself on being a deal
4:29
maker he did in his other life when I
4:31
knew him
4:32
better yeah okay now make a deal I got
4:35
something else to show you okay and I'll
4:37
say I appreciate your I know your
4:39
passion on the issue we we on the beat
4:41
oppose all types of violence you might
