Hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and this could be the
0:05
thing that really ruins Alvin Bragg's case for good. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe

Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow
0:18
Stormy Daniels case, Alvin Bragg's case, Michael Cohen's case, because they're all kind of
0:22
in this together, against Donald Trump, it really fell apart because of one horrific witness
0:30
The judge, you know, he's done everything he can to block Trump's team from refuting
0:35
evidence, from really going after the witnesses, from showing other counter witnesses and experts
0:41
who could testify, you know, against what the prosecution is presenting by saying, well
0:46
they can testify but here's the things they can't say. I mean it's been such a one-sided case that even the jury can see it
0:54
But then there was a bunch of lies and half-truths. And lies and half-truths, juries don't like that
1:03
Juries believe that, you know, if you're lying then and you're lying to us, what can we believe
1:08
of what you say? Well you guys know already that that witness is Michael Cohen
1:12
So what are all the lies he's been caught in? Well, there's a laundry list of them
1:17
Lies and half-truths. We found out that he's a huge thief, that he stole from his employer Donald Trump and
1:23
the Trump Organization, which, I mean, that should, look, at this point one of two things
1:28
should have happened. Alvin Bragg should have said, look, you know what, your honor, we have no case here, we
1:32
withdraw our case. Or the judge should say, I'm issuing a direct verdict, this is not even going to the jury
1:38
this is case closed, you have nothing here. That's not going to happen
1:42
Because you have a corrupted, conflicted judge and a corrupt attorney general
1:46
So, I mean, this is a cavalcade of the worst people in humanity versus Donald Trump
1:53
That being said, this legal expert explained why you could actually get a not guilty verdict
1:59
here and I thought it was fascinating. I thought it was fascinating enough that I wanted you guys to see it
2:04
So please watch it and then let me know what you think in the comments when you like, comment

2:14
...run a risk today of not ending strong. They had such a good week last week, at the end of the testimony, they had done so much
2:22
damage to Cohen's credibility, they had caught him basically in at least a half-truth as
2:27
related to a telephone call, that pushing too far this morning could be a problem
2:33
So hopefully, they've got something very targeted, they have something that is significant, they
2:38
have something that really expresses and exposes him to more criticism as it relates
2:44
to his credibility. I mean, they ended his testimony sort of with the banging of a cymbal, the crashing of that cymbal
2:52
You don't want to come back now and end on, you know, tickling with the wind chimes
2:56
I mean, you ended the song with some gusto and so I think that's really what they need
3:02
to do today. Otherwise, they need to do what is hard for trial lawyers to do and that is just to learn
3:06
when to keep your mouth shut and sit down and then take your chances on redirect if
3:11
the state tries that. So that's the balance they've got to strike today
3:15
Brevity, never a problem for television anchors, just so you know. And Jim, to you
