Melania Trump Scores Massive Victory Against Alvin Bragg - Judge Smacks Him Down

just got smacked around by the judge in Donald Trump's Manhattan case

So the judge in the Trump case gave his ruling on a subpoena by Alvin Bragg

In this subpoena, what he wanted was emails that were sent and received by former first

lady Melania Trump. He also wanted some emails that included communications between the Trump organization and some White

House officials that happened while Trump was president of the United States

So the judge said that the scope was too broad for what Alvin Bragg was trying to do and

that he would not grant the subpoena. But it occurs to me as I look at it, and I think what the judge may be trying to say

although listen, I'm not a legal expert, so I can't put my legal hat on here and give

you an opinion. I don't have that kind of pedigree. But my humble non-legal opinion, I think the judge can see, even though this is a judge

that Trump has spoken against and a judge that Trump believes is biased against him

I think everybody with even an ounce of common sense, including the judge, can see that this

is a phishing expedition. It continues to be a phishing expedition. Bragg brings charges, still has not revealed the underlying crime really, and he's going

to just keep issuing subpoenas and try and get more evidence of something

This is exactly the kind of government that we fought against in the Revolutionary War

It is the kind of government that the founders did not want

A government where you can find the person and then find the crime

So you say, I want to get person A, and then you just hunt and hunt and hunt and hunt for

the crime to get person A on. Now I'm not speaking to any other possible cases that are against Trump

Those are on their own merits. But this one in Manhattan looks to me to be absolutely ridiculous

My concern about it, though, is that it is Manhattan. And with a Manhattan, New York jury, who knows what you can get Trump on

It's scary for Trump because he's going to go in there. Bragg is going to present his evidence of whatever to the jury

And this is a jury probably consisting of people that are not massive fans of former

President Donald Trump. Maybe you get one or two on there, but it's New York

It's New York. I've said this before. It's like, it's like trying a wolf and the entire jury is sheep

You're not really going to get a friendly outcome there. Well, it's the same thing here

You have Trump in an area where people are not friendly to him

So I think that this one smackdown by the judge could be beneficial in a lot of ways

but it could also be beneficial in one particular way, and that's putting a limit on Alvin Bragg

Putting a limit on what Alvin Bragg is trying to do. Putting a limit on the scope of Alvin Bragg's investigation

I think those are all very important things because unchecked, this guy's going to go

out of control trying to find something on Trump. And that, that's something we can't have in America
