Massive Supreme Court Ruling Rocks 2024 Election - This Changes Everything

this this is a very very big consequence that could cost a massive

swing state and and it's dangerous. I want to explain to you what happened

here. First of all the Wisconsin Supreme Court used to be conservative. Democrats

poured millions of dollars into advertising for their candidate when their election happened in 2023 and now it leans liberal. Why is that important

Well when the court was conservative it ruled that the state's Constitution did

not allow for drop boxes to be to drop your vote in a drop box and then have

the clerks you know count them. Well now they did what is essentially legal

gymnastics to make it constitutional and what they said was you get ready for

this. Because the state Constitution allows you to leave your ballot with the

municipal clerk then it is within the municipal clerks discretion to have drop

boxes. In other words if the municipal clerk decides to have drop boxes then

putting your ballot in a drop box is the same essentially as handing it directly

to the municipal clerk. This is ridiculous. Nobody, nobody should interpret the Constitution to say that but when you buy and pay for a Supreme

Court this is what you get and this is what Democrats got. I said in 2023 we had

a fight harder for that Wisconsin Supreme Court seat and it didn't happen

Republicans kind of let that one slip by the wayside and it could cost them and

Donald Trump the state of Wisconsin in 2024. I want you to listen to this

Wisconsin Supreme Court reinstates absentee ballot drop boxes for elections. The majority liberal has reversed a decision from 2022 by the then

conservative majority on the bench. Election clerks statewide can choose whether to use drop-off boxes. City officials here in Milwaukee say they'll

likely have 14 boxes in place for the August partisan primary. Critics say

drop boxes present an opportunity for fraud. The Milwaukee Election Commission says meanwhile the boxes are monitored by cameras and there are checks in place

Pictures are taken, the ballots are then removed and put into a secure ballot bag

that they are sealed and then secured and then transported immediately from

the box over to our operation center where then again all ballots come

through and are handled in a secure fashion. The boxes in Milwaukee are still

in place from before the 2022 ruling. Before they're put into use though
