Kevin McCarthy Makes Massive 2024 Announcement - Trump Has Been Notified

Speaker Kevin McCarthy has just dropped a bombshell about the 2024 presidential election

and it's going to shake things up in a big way. Before we get started please make sure you like

channel continue to grow. So Kevin McCarthy was giving an interview, his first since being

announcing his retirement from Congress last week. Now Matt Gaetz and others have said that they

don't believe Kevin McCarthy would have left had he stayed Speaker of the House and I have to admit

it would be very hard to believe that a sitting Speaker of the House would announce their

retirement. But I think he's still smarting from you know being unceremoniously removed. It was a

deal he made though. I mean he really at the end of the day has nobody but himself to blame

However this interview was partially about that but then came the topic of 2024 and a lot of

Republicans want to know hey Kevin McCarthy you're the former Speaker of the House. You know Trump

wasn't able to save your Speakership. Who are you backing in 2024? Who's your endorsement going to

Let's take a look at what he said. Will Donald Trump be the nominee? Yes. And the Republican

Party? Yes. And if Biden stays as the nominee for the Democrats I believe Donald Trump will win

I believe the Republicans will gain more seats in the House and the Republicans will win the Senate

Can he count on your support? Yes. That's an endorsement. I will support the President. I

will support President Trump. Would you be willing to serve in a Trump Cabinet? In the right position

look if I'm the best person for the job yes. Look I've worked with President Trump on a lot of

policies. We work together to win the majority but we also have a relationship where we're very honest

with one another. McCarthy is 100% correct. Trump is by far far and away leading the Republican

presidential field. It's not even close. It's not even close guys. Nobody is within striking

distance of him. Nobody's even within striking distance of striking distance of him. They're not

catching him. Okay let's be blunt about that right from Jump Street. They're not going to catch him

So that being said of course Kevin McCarthy is going to endorse former President Donald Trump

He has to. He's going to be the Republican nominee. Do I think that McCarthy is enthused

about it? I do. I think that Trump is an ally of his and I think that they get along quite well

And so I think this is a wholehearted full endorsement. I don't think you can get much

more than that. And you know McCarthy kind of bridges that gap between the new Republican

and the old Republican establishment. He kind of does bridge that gap so I think

you know this endorsement could be worth a lot more than maybe on the surface it might seem to
