Judge Rocks Joe Biden's Justice Department - Gives Trump Massive Victory At Arraignment

Hello ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America

Folks on a day when somebody gets arraigned in a court of law, you wouldn't think that

there's a lot of happy news for them, right? But it was kind of a banner day for former President Donald Trump and it's not over

but he got some really good news from the judge and liberals were incensed

They were furious, folks, furious. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe

Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow

So former President Donald Trump was arraigned in a Miami courtroom today and it was pretty

routine, you know. He went in, he was charged with 37 charges, he pleaded not guilty to them and various

legal experts will give you different takes on what they believe will happen

How serious they believe the charges are, how tough or how easy they are going to be

for him to defeat. You know, I've been hearing so many legal experts, it's hard to know who to believe

anymore because there's so many of them and they all, let's face it, frankly know more

than you and I, unless you are an attorney watching this or a constitutional law scholar

So it's hard to know what to believe, but I personally believe that the Presidential

Records Act is going to play a big role here. Also the precedent of the Sandy Berger case is going to play a huge role here

And again, if you don't know about the Sandy Berger case, he was an aide to former President

Bill Clinton and he stuffed all kinds of documents in his clothes and supposedly in his socks

and snuck out of the White House with him to keep those records from the National Archive

And the late Sandy Berger was just hit with a $50,000 fine and everybody moved on

Not the case with Trump. With Trump, they come at him full force, but the judge was not so ready to come at him

full force. Now you have to understand, this is just a judge that happened to be on duty this week

This is not the judge that's going to take the case to trial

That's the Trump-appointed judge that liberals are really freaking out about. But this judge, not a Trump-appointed judge, but might as well have been with what he did

What the judge did was he set no preconditions. He set no conditions for the release of Trump

There was no gag order. There was no, you can't talk about the case

There was no, you can't say this or that, or you can't go here or there. There was no bail

He was let out on his own recognizance. There was no special, you know, limitations placed on him or where he could travel because

the judge says he's not a flight risk. And of course, he's not a flight risk

He didn't have to turn in his passport. They didn't stop him from campaigning

In fact, he'll be campaigning tonight in New Jersey. So this is a man who really had, for all intents and purposes, a really good day in court

considering, right? Nobody ever wants to get charged with 37 counts of anything

But all things being considered, he had a banner day in court. And you could hear the liberals on your local television news or your cable news channels

going crazy about this. If you go to Twitter, they're going crazy about this

They are furious that limitations weren't placed on Trump because what a lot of these

people really want is limitations placed on him so he cannot campaign for president

That's what this is all about to so many of them. To so many of them

It is not about, it is not about justice. It is not about the rule of law

You're going to hear a lot about the rule of law and nobody's above the law, which

tell that to Hillary Clinton, who actually destroyed subpoenaed evidence. But you're going to hear a lot about the rule of law and nobody's above the law

They don't care about that. I mean, some people might, but for the most part, they do not care about that, folks

They care about stopping Donald John Trump from becoming the 47th president of the United States

They realize that he is a threat to Joe Biden. And you know, in this country, I never thought I would see the day where a sitting president

has his justice department arrest his number one opponent. That's just something I never thought I'd see in America

And no matter where you stand on this, whether you're pro Trump or anti Trump or whatever

you are, it's a sad day for America. But like I said, a pretty happy day for Trump who got all you could ask for in a court of law
